First of all, Happy New Year Everyone on ATS!...I don't know if this helps or not, but my friend was born here in Canada but his father was a US citizen and in the military though not on any kind of active duty here, basically my friends mother was still a canadian at the time and was here visiting family when she gave birth. My friend has dual citizenship as a result as long as he doesn't vote in either country; once he were to vote he would then be a citizen of the country he voted in. He can work and live in either country as he has never voted but his parents were told when he was born, that even if he chose to be an american, he could never run for president....so, I'm surmising that if Obama had dual citizenship at birth, the same would apply for him.

Apparently the divorce papers are coming on January 2nd, even though they drummed up and sensationalized it for the 31st. My guess is the date will continue to be pushed back so this radio show will get hits from people foaming at the mouth for damning evidence that doesn't exist.

All Obama needs to do is hand over a physical copy of his original vault birth certificate, but he refuses to do it and would rather have his team of lawyers tell the American public they have no right to question his eligibility. Sorry, the MSM and the far lefty nutjobs on this board and elsewhere may have anointed him, but I have not. I care more about the Constitution than seeing the guy I voted for get elected.

People if Obama gets the boot then we get Biden as a President from what I understand. I mean frankly Id rather have none of these tools in office but the lesser of two evils is Obama. Biden in there would be a disaster. At least with Obama it will be a disaster with someone who doesnt ramble about it all day

Perhaps you forgot about that? The united states government has shot down cases trying to suggest that he is not eligeble to serve. They did so because the FACT is there is no real evidence to suggest he is unable to serve.

And by the way, the reason people keep bringing up john McCains eligiblity is because when he WAS running I can remember a few democrats speaking up about his being born in panama, but for the life of me I cant recall any repub's "standing up for the constitution" and demamding that his eligibility to serve be tried in court. It just seems a bit hypocritical is all. Of course I could be wrong, There may be tos and tons of republicans who questioned Johns ability to serve legally, Im just having trouble remembering. But sense you were clearly wondering why others were bringing him up, thats why, It just comes across as hypocritical, that not many people had any reall issue about him being born in panama.

Anyway, Obama HAS provided proof. Its just that there are a number of people who refuse to accept what is right in front of them. The US government/supreme court clearly sees that he is okay to serve. Im just wondering why, if the US government accepts his proof, why cant you?

I think the fact this argument is even taking place is a good indicator of how stupid the US general population really is. Obama never provided a birth certificate (certification of live birth is NOT the same thing) and yet people still defend the Messiah and attack those seeking the truth.

Next the sheep talk about how if one parent is a US citizen then the kid automatically becomes one rather than actually investigating to see how when Obama was born the law was different.

Then the sheep start blabbing about how those seeking the truth are just mad a black man won office. This argument deserves no response.

Hawaii said he was born there, the supreme court refuses to allow these attacks to go through, and yet some how a private investigator got information proving Obama was born in Kenya? You're telling me that a massive conspiracy to get this evil, terrorist, sleeper cell, super-devil, anti-christ (and whatever else the haters want to call him) into office will be undone by easily faked documents released on the internet? Naturally, because photo shop is a top secret program that only the elites know about.

edited to say this. I believe that for ANYONE to become the President of the United States, you must have the support of some incredibly powerful individuals. Conspiracy grade individuals. The elections are just a puppet show for the masses so enough can feel good about backing the right horse and to prevent a revolt. Why else would McCain choose Palin as a VP candidate? They're all just playing their roles to keep us distracted from what's really going on.

Thats a pretty sweeping statement and (no offense) is pretty ignorant to assume that everyone who feels that he is a natural born citizen is "just beliving whatever the MSM or some celebrity or some politician tells you.

The supreme court has thrown out cases because there was no real evidence to suggest Obama cant serve. There is more evidence that he CAN serve apparently. Are you really trying to suggest that you know the law better than the Supreme court of the United States of America?

I hope this makes the national news if this is indeed legitimate. Look at footage of crowds fawning over him at a speech and compare that to concet footage of Elvis Presley. It's all hype and no substance as far as Obama's concerned. Since the mainstream media will not hold him to account it's up to every responsible U.S. citizen to do so.

The crux of the issue lies within the fact that his mother had lived, as a legal citizen, in the state of Hawaii for One Year prior to Obama's birth.

Even if he WAS born in Kenya, he and his mother RETURNED to Hawaii. According to State Law in Hawaii at the time, this met the requirement to obtain a Certificate of Live Birth, which in the eyes of the law, is NO DIFFERENT than a "Birth Certificate"...

In the eyes of ALL US LAW, Barack Hussein Obama is a naturally born citizen (it was as if his mother was on vacation)...
The ONLY question the court could POSSIBLY have is if this constitutes a difference in the definition of "natural citizen" vs. "naturalized citizen"... And considering the possible ramifications of trying to remove him from delegation, they WILL NOT hear this case on its merits!
No way, no how...

Now me, YES I believe that this issue should be put to rest, but I think the Gov. is actually WISE in this situation to let it blow over.

as for the document being false, I agree. Assuming they actually have something to hand over, I agree it will be fake.
