WWII Religious Conspiracies

Hi guys,
I have a little project I would like your help with. What I am looking for is to tie up a little bit of history with our current situation. What I want you guys to do is look for ways religion was used in WWII to betray people, while not only using literal events I also want you to include Bible prophecies when necessary

Other events besides WWII is of course okay also. But the main focus of this study is to see the ways many have had their own religious beliefs used against them or in what ways people have used religion for power.

To be a able to see what is on store for the future, we must look into the past.

Here are some more specifics that I am looking for.

How religion was used and resulted in holocaust. How religious beliefs lead many captive. How Nazi War Criminals escaped. How and why the UN made Israel a state and what role does this state of Israel have now, during our current time, war and occupation of Israel.
