Ok thread title doesnt say much and im sorry if this is in the wrong place...but ive been searching for about an hour now and cant remember the thread name in the slightest.Its the pdf released that talks about how american military would use subversion like in the south american countries to have dominance etc etc..the thread wasnt that old...but i cant seem to find it.Any help?
