New video of a very strange looking UFO in Norway. the object almost looks as if it's alive because it's pulsating and moving around ? might be a Sky Critter ?

I am in no way an expert, but that is one of the coolest videos I have ever seen! It made the hair on the back of my neck stand up! What is that? Does the red coloring in the center signify heat and the blue on the outside cold? Great video my friend!

Stelarium tells me Venus was low in the sky in a SW direction that night.

And the footage looks similar to other zoomed up shots of Venus I've seen on youtube before too.

i agree this is a cool UFO video but still unsure of what we are seeing here. i am no expert on the enhancements they did with it but i would guess the colors just enhance the object better so you can see more detail ?

maybe somebody else knows more about the coloring ? we shall see

Hey easy, good to see that last night's unpleasantness hasn't kept you down.

Now as you know I'm no UFO expert but the shape of the object when the camera is zoomed in is reminiscent of many other light sources when they are zoomed in out of focus. That is you often get this pacman shaped light. I have seen it on some of the SIS/SS mission videos when they zoom in on little far away objects.

Do you know what I mean?

The supposed moment look to me to be caused by camera shake.

I have seen similar effects before when filming stars or planets at night

Yes, it looks like ALL my photos/videos of Venus that I poorly shoot every time. If I would have thought about it, I would have saved them to show. But since I know they are just crappy shots, I delete them. *shrug*

Im not sure why the person filming had to adjust color balance and speed of it. It ruins the authenticity of it.

*Note to everyone for future reference: When you film a UFO, please dont add music, dont edit, dont adust anything...just upload as it was shot

the person who did the work certainly did a good job like you said and it is very interesting i agree.i would like to know what this is also ?

It's not moving around, the blurb at the start of the vid says it was shot without a tripod and at the 1:24 mark the mum says: Oh my god - It's standing still in one place?

and yes i know exactly what you mean , i have seem many zoomed in shots that cause these objects to look different than what they really are but....

this one is a little different in my opinion (i could be wrong) hehe....the object is not like other videos i have seen ..it almost looks like it's alive ?

Looks exactly the same, except I didnt edit any of it. Not sure if this helps or not, but to me, I believe he is filming what I tried to fim.

And remember, all the pretty colors towards the end are not natural....he edited that.

ok well i guess everyone thinks it's the planet Venus ?

that seems logical to me and if that planet is supposed to be in that part of the sky that evening than most likely that is what it is ?

I honestly suck at taking pictures of the moon, planets, stars. I dont know my camera well, obviously....and I always forget my tripod. So, because of my crappy skills, I come out with tons of crappy pics/videos which normally I delete them all.

Why I still had this one, not sure. But I guess I will keep it a little longer

the ATS spirit is still alive ! i am going to see if this person has anymore of the video. the site where i got the lead said there was five witnesses to the event so i will investigate further

certainly wouldn't hurt to hear some more opinions either

ok here is what the witnesses said about the sighting...

A very quick and simple video - no time to heavy edit. An unidentified flying object made itself visible at December 27th 2008 over a city in Norway, it was very cold and dark outside but a clear starry night nevertheless - even tho the cold temperature makes stars and planets appear smaller than with warm weather, the object in the sky was quite huge and clear, at least twice the size of planet Jupiter. Both Jupiter and Venus is located at different direction. and the object disappeared from location after 1 1/2 hour. The telescopic filters shows that the object pushes red light (high energy), and blocks blue, the object also appears to be of a Dropa shape - it is at least similar. We were 5 witnesses present when the object appeared.

so it seems these people are saying it was definitely not a planet....
