Neti Pot problems

Hi all,

For Christmas I received a Neti Pot because my sinuses have been giving me problems as of late.

The Neti Pot I received is a Relaxus blue Neti Pot.

There is a blockage in the spout that won't budge. It almost seems like it's part of the pot. I've contacted Relaxus but haven't heard back yet. Is there something very obvious I'm missing, or is this a defect?

It's a defect.

Get another one at any health store.

They're wonderful, especially if you have pollen, etc. allergies in the Spring.
