And I can understand the concern since I am a supporter of small business. But if these businesses are small enough, are they really for profit?
Or just family run.

And any idea how much they plan on charging?

Now they propose to pay for "GLOBAL WARMING" and Greenhouse Gas mitigation by TAXING -------

Taxing Cattle, hogs etc --- like 20 per hog, 175 per cow. This would be for the larger operations --- WHO WILL PAY
