The Estimate
The Estimate, a biweekly newsletter on the Islamic world and its neighbors, has been published every two weeks since 1989. Its 12-page format provides
political and security intelligence analysis of The Middle East and North Africa, Central and South Asia and the Caucasus. Its various departments
provide background data, current assessments, risk analysis, biographical material and other information aimed at providing readers with the tools to
make their own assessments. It seeks to provide an intelligence estimate, not a polemic or a political case. Click here for more.
And here's another link with info about him.

believe me i do fully understand what war is all about - to quote a phrase `war is about missions, objectives and body counts and perception of
success`
total war - that being entropy based warfare hasn`t been seen since WW2 - but it will be again - destroying the `enemies` abaility to wage war both
militarily and industrily and the perception of wanting to actually fight the war

Today the Jewish people make up less than two-tenths of one per cent of the global population. Nevertheless, throughout history this small group of
people has disproportionately contributed to humanity and modern society in unimaginable, powerful and prominent ways. Despite the all too familiar
encounters amid anti-Semitism, the Jewish people have achieved extraordinary triumph and success. Among them is a long list of innovators, thinkers,
reformers, writers, artists, doctors, scientists, and entrepreneurs. Currently 157 Jews have won Nobel Prizes, over a hundred were listed in Who’s
Who, and more than two hundred were represented in American Men of Science.
Meanwhile, Palestinians continue a legacy of hate mongering, child abuse, suicide bombers, assassinations, threats to wipe Jews from the face of the
earth, and cowardly terrorist attacks. If they kept busy going to schools, working at jobs, loving their families and teaching them to love their
neighbor, then they would not have time to make trouble.

And the Israeli regime has never killed any innocent toddlers ?? Let me enlighten you...Israelis are also baby killers.
You really need to do get things into perspective and try not to be so biased. It is a two way street...both sides are guilty of atrocities and anyone
that can not see that is just a waste of time, in my opinion.
Not all Israelis and Gazans are at fault. There are factions on both sides orchestrating these crimes against humanity. I believe that there are
decent Israelis and Gazans and it is unfair to lump them all into the guilty basket.
May I ask you a question. Do you honestly, deep down in your heart, despise innocent little children from Gaza who know nothing of politics and
warfare?

You'll find Jews almost everywhere. However, I thought this thread was on Gaza and their next door neighbor, the Israelis.

Well, by having 30,000 Jews in Iran, they certainly have increased the IQ of the country, as the Jews mere presence do in any country they're in.

do i detect an amount of sarcasm
unlike many `pro west counties` and that includes the UK and USA - at least Iran protects the identity of Persian Jews - its the Zionist Jews , which
MANY other jewish groups have a problem with.
you do know that Christians are treated as a third race in Israel? the recent burning of the New Testamaemt gives proof to that.

You mean to say OBL and his Dancing Israeli henchmen! MWAHAHAH!!!!
No seriously, how did those Israelis from the 'removal company' now to be there on 9/11 with video camera whirring away? Was it to bounce the US
into wars in the ME so that Israel can quietly mop up the Palestinians in Gaza without being noticed?

Well excuse me for a typo. Israli/Palistine conflict.
Regardless, they are all the same, innocents are killed and the innocents are the ones who pay the price for these rediculous wars the governments
start.
Why cant the governments pay the price instead of the innocents?
IF it were the governments paying the high price of war, then they would not be so willing to start war. But when innocents are the pawns of war and
the ultimate sacrifices on both sides, its no problem waging war when someone else pays the price.
Pure and simple.
All the Palistine's ever wanted was a piece of land of their own. Not much to ask for is it. But instead, because of a stubborn neighbor who
basically stole their land to begin with, have decided to take this nonsense conflict into decade after decade of retaliation strikes going back and
forth that do not target military objectives, but civilian targets instead.
Both sides of that conflict are at fault. Hence, the conflict has no justification for either side...but the one thing that has remained constant in
all of it...the innocents end up being killed.
Now I will be happy to listen to anyone who can show me that both are not at fault for killing so many innoncents who have nothing too do with the
conflicts, and to show me why, for decades now, that it is the innocents who are targeted and targeted every time, on both sides.
What is the point to all of that...there is none. Attack, counter attack, and on and on and on. Who wins? No one. Who looses? The innocent
civilians.
Prove me wrong.
Cheers!!!!

Prove it. Show the documentation, the evidence, the undeniable and undisputable proof to that.
And show me the proof of Israli innocence while your at it.

I assure you no sarcasm was intended. I also don't think Iran shold be given a star for not persecuting Jews in their country. Lots of countries
don't randomly punish Jews that live in their country.
Does anyone know if the Jews in Iran have to pay the TAX on non-Muslims?

I never said that America deserved to be attacked by OBL, you obviously do not understand what your are reading. Please get an education and learn to
comprehend.
I am saying Osama Bin Bogeyman is not responsible for 9/11.
And that is a whole other thread.
No-one deserves to be attacked. Race, creed and colour are no excuse for killing and crimes against humanity. I will say it again...both sides are at
fault.
Just like you feel Jewish school children deserve too be killed by the Pallies?
Wow, you can tell how I feel ? You really are special aren't you? When did I say that ? I did not say that and it is only your warped
perception of what you think I 'feel'.
Innocent children (and adults) on both sides are being killed and it is clear to some of us in this thread that you particulary rabid in your hatred
for Gazans. You are part of the generation that can shape and change the world we live in for the better. Actually if the rest of your generation (I
am guessing Gen Y...make that Z) thinks like you then mankind really is a lost cause.
You are a victim of selective broadcasting and you believe the propaganda because you keep sprouting it in your posts.

Wow so since Iran doesn't randomly murder Jews like the Pallies they deserve a star? Then I guess England, France, and America get a billion gold
stars because they also don't do that, and never have.

Reading this thread a bit.... The above is one of the least accurate assertions I've ever heard. Of course Jews randomly kill civilians (unless you
don't count Mossad as 'Jewish'), And there are many others. Even Begin, during the actions against the British killed many in terrorist attacks.
Read a little Gamer Girl. Start with noted Israeli historians Ilam Pape and Norm Finkelstein. Get a clue. In addition, Americans, Brits and the French
have long histories of random as well as targeted murder.
What planet have you been on? Do you just watch TV?
