How did you find out santa was not real

I grew up with a big brother! and at 8 years old he got mad at me for still believing in Santa lol so he kept telling me for days that he was not real and that in fact the man dressed in the red suit was our father,

We got in to hair pulling fights over it as i would not believe him lol,
SO he decided that one night about 4am he would take me up to the loft,
We sneaked up a ladder as not to wake my dad and armed with 2 torches...

Once up there my brother pulled out the Santa suit hidden up there and showed me all the prezzies that had been wrapped up!

I cried like mad for a good few days,

My dad then had to sit me down and tell me about the real Saint Nick, and all the reasons behind it,

Im starting to see most people had alot worse childhoods than me

Because he cannot travel around the world in one night and what if you don't have a chimney? Waht if your windows are closed and your door is locked. Flying reindeers? Like what ev!!!!!!!!
