To answer your question it wouldn't be helpful to look at our Government in terms of good or bad personalities. As with any system of power there
are good people who work in it and there are the "it" people who are in on it, who are in on knowledge and have power. The latter tend to be the
more powerful and while the good people are trying to help the country grow more the latter wants to create a world government and get as much money
and power as they can. Politics is a game of power and listening to people Those who are in it for power just want more control and there are those
in our Government who actually want to help people and truly care for the people. People who fall into the group that just wants power just think of
the constitution as a sheet of paper and that it isn't important. Bush falls into that group
