Yes, it has been a while, i am going to give ATS a go, not as much as last time, but if i can avoid arguments i should be here more often,

Do this and ATS is a completely different world. Arguments on here are a waste of time and energy. I also think in the end they actually get you down, sort of like the "ATS effect" many talk about. Its far better to have a discussion than an argument, plus you get more out of it. I know its hard with certain people, but the best bit of advice I can give anyone is if a post causes real emotion in you, say anger or distress, then walk away, think about it for a few hours, DO NOT post straight away. You'll find if you do this you have a much better perspective on your actual thoughs and answers.

But I know I wouldn't be running away like some, or ignoring like some, I remember I saw a few motherships, I tried to tell my family members, and none of them wanted to ply themselves away from the t.v. for 2 seconds to see it and it was visible from the front yard for at least 20 minutes, they never moved just stayed fixed in the same spot (both the ufos and my parents to the tv), the UFOs disappeared after about 20 mins and after the hour long show they were watching was gone it was too late....

Hi , your description of your family members not being able to pull themselves away to look at these Motherships sounds just like my experience in my opening post. Sounds like the UFOs hung around for your family but in the end gave up waiting. Its often easier for a family unit if everyone sees the same thing. Did your family ask you about it later?

hey Ive just noticed your flag has the same symbol as mine, the six pointed star. Never really noticed that before. Mine is the symbol of the heart chakra, my strongest chakra, one I dearly love.

Cool... yeah well I wish they saw it, my mom asked about it and of course I could only point that they left, my mom saw a giant cigar shaped UFO when she was a kid, luckily she saw it with her brothers so at least someone knows she was telling the truth. People will either believe or not but nobody can know if I'm telling the truth so there's no point trying to prove a sighting to anyone. Yeah it's the Israel star of David.

Your sighting is quite interesting, especially the change of interest, maybe it was a form of mindcontrol, when you realised it was a UFO, did you get scared at all? Many people automatically dismiss someone when they bring up the word UFO in a conversation much like you described, maybe it was some type of reaction after having been conditioned to not believe in UFOs? Or is this wrong... just a guess, I've never had any messages from UFOs or impressions like that, maybe they do have the technology to change peoples mind.

My parents are easily drawn to the TV, and I'm easily drawn by the unexplained, the 3 seperate sightings I did see were in a short period of time in the same sky in the same place within a 5 year period, I've since moved to another state and I've seen *no* UFOs in the past 15 years, so I too have been looking to see anything with no luck, I believe there are hot spots for this type of activity, maybe someday I can move to a more UFO friendly area.

Now not being religious does not mean that I totally do not believe in certain aspects of the bible or any other belief system.

So what I am saying is if we get alien contact that says they come in peace and stop wars,if they unite all of mankind and tell us that we are a result of them playing with the DNA of prehistoric man,
I am saying I will not trust them, I won't use the term anti christ, but I do believe they will be deceivers of man and man will follow like a lemming to his own demise.
just like first contact with any native people has lead to the destruction of those original inhabitants, I also think this would be the same type of thing.

as I said, I think I will wait for the second ship to come.

REPLY :

Good point and one I have also thought about. Maybe its best they stay away, we cant even get on with each other never mind a totally new alien race. If they did come in peace and say we are their creation I dont think Id believe them either. This revelation whether it be true or not is something we arnt ready for and dont need as a peice of information. I think it would cause such mass panic, many would think it true even without any proof and then probably go mad or something similar. Everything they've believed in would be shattered over night. I like to think Im open minded, and I hope such a revelation would not destroy me...I rather say right can you prove that Mr Alien! If he then proved beyond absolute doubt he was indeed my creator then Id allow my mind to take in this information and adapt to it.

This also has been my greatest fear. If there are beings out there and they are benevolent the last place they need to come is to Earth. I can not see any benevolent race of people wanting to have anything to do with us Earthlings. Now a warring, power hungry, evil lot would find the Earth ripe pickings. So I would have to sit the first ship out. With time the foundation starts to peek through so I think I would have to wait a spell before taking that trip.

Now I reserve the right to change my mind if I see the earth washing away beneath my feet or being swallowed up in a ball of fire. 50/50 are pretty good odds under those circumstances.
