Comanche Scraped

I havent been on in a awhile so sorry if anyone posted about this before. The new U.S. helicopter the Comanche the stealth one has had its contract dropped. I live near where the were to be produced at Sikorsky and know people that will most likely be laid off if the dont get the new Presidential helicopter contract. My question is why did the scrap such a promising aircraft? The people I know there dont really know why they scraped it. If anyone knows why we haved stopped production of the most advanced helicopter I the world I would love to know.


Guess we can make due with the apache for alittle while more jk

it cost too much and they have no need for it right now
they will probably just create a cheaper helicopter
