IMO, the object doesn't look like a bird or a bug in any shape or form- I think that's nonsence.
The object Looks like a controlled craft.
It seems to be travelling so fast- have we got the technology to travel that fast?

This is a nice find John M!
I can't remember hearing anything about it at the time ...
I am surprised this hasn't received more attention from our ATS video and image specialists ... ???
I can't find anything that says this is bunk ... I will keep looking ...
star and flag and I hope it gets more attention.

Ok, prove me its a bird instead of keeping with that "I know it all and I debunk everything on ATS" attitude... just prove me its a bird and I'll
give you the credit. Right now it could be santa claus in his new Lamborghini Reventon-powered sledge...

I live in oklahoma and there is another video where Gary England (a local meterologist) in his younger storm chasing days caught somewhat of the same
ufo zipping across the screen, except he noticed it right away and yelled out "Whoa what is that!" And it flew right into the middle of a giant dark
thunderstorm. I thought this was going to be the video when I clicked on it, but when I began watching it I realized it wasn't.
A while back I began searching for the video of it but never found it. I thought this was going to be it but its not, there's another, and they even
briefly talked about it and showed a quick clip about it on our local news channel. They said later that night they were going to show it, but never
did, I remember because I was excited to see and find out what it was!

Very interesting, it certainly looks like something out of the ordinary. It was moving very fast, but it looked really small. Ummmm, I don't know
what to say about that.

I seem to recall another UFO video from several years ago that showed basically the same thing, although the little ball goes from left to right and
into the cloud in the distance. It was either a stormchaser video or a video of a volcano erupting and the thing zooms into the eruption cloud.
Maybe somebody can track that one down and compare the two. I wish I could remember more about it. Damn my poor memory.

I suspect the craft uses polymer vision technology for cloaking.
That link shows the first generation polymer vision, which I believe is back engineered alien technology. The video shows a TV that's as thin as
paper and flexible. The military would have a more advanced more luminous form of this for cloaking purposes.
Flush mounted cameras buried in the skin of the craft captures the background and is displayed over the surface of the craft causing the craft to
blend with it's surroundings. The craft will not blend into a sky that contains multiple cloud layers while travelling fast. It appears the craft's
computer chose a color at the lighter end of the cloud cover while traveling across the viewpoint of the camera. If it was flying on a clear day it
would be invisible at that altitude and speed by displaying a blue color on it's polymer coated surface. While hovering on a clear day you would not
see it either, although night vision infra red would pick it up.
As for the size of the craft.....look at the first frame and consider that the craft is about 700 feet in the air and probably 1000 ft in front of the
cam. The experts determined it to be about 30 feet long and 18 feet thick(top to bottom). Because of the craft is moving away from the camera it
obviously looks smaller with each frame.
As an aside note, Bob Lazar claimed the area 51 craft he saw was 52' X 16' high.

I would say what Bob made it out to be might be of that size. The amizing thing is that it moves sooo fast and its like unreal. But seeing the way it
moved and them zoomed out.. you kinda get to thinking that it is fake but when reality strikes in you remembered that you just seen it with you own 2
eyes. And also i cant forget the feeling after seeing it.. It felt REALLY strange and also something in the back of my mind was telling me that
whatever is operating that craft was NOT of humans.

This has probably been brought up before, but I wonder if the past myths of flying white horses such as Pegasus were born from seeing these.
American indians may have their own myths such as a white buffalo. Now we call them Rods?
At that speed, how can we really know with that type of camera equipment?

what camera equipment are you referring to? i mentioned camera's embedded into the surface of the craft to provide background images to the polymer
coating on the crafts surface, which would cause the craft to blend into the background. The craft literally becomes clocked with this method. It's
no stretch of the imagination that this new polymer vision material or paper thin video screen could be used as a coating on the surface of a craft to
display images of it's surroundings, providing cloaking.
At any speed we would not see the camera's.

always crack up about the news reporters talking about tropical storms and low grade hurricanes. Those type of storms and winds happen every year
here in Oklahoma.
Back on topic though, the fact that this object goes behind clouds and makes a turn show that this video is for real. Thanks for posting this

What surprises me the most is how clear the footage is for an +7 year old camera. That is something you cant say about the quality of the more present
footage, even though they are photographers.

Professional equipment and HD format is why it looks so good. It looks to me as though the original video was shot with a 3CCD Cam using S-VHS or
possibly Beta.

I didnt say it was for sure a bird, if you bothered paying attention I said it was blurry and quick, you can not see any definite detail, but without
any clear information alot of you folks want to jump straight to alien space caft, bypassing any of the more logical explanations.
The fact is there is no clear proof yet people in this thread are already talking about Alien cloaking and military applications as if the anomaly
being alien were a matter of fact! GET REAL.

No need to be insulting or caustic here. Your addendum "get real" is insulting.
If you have a theory of what it is then tell us. But please don't say it's a bug, bird, or debris from the storm. Experts have already ruled that
out.
It's amazing.....it doesn't hurt a bit to be nice!!

It looks like a bug flew in front of the camera. I agree with alienmojo's posting.
[edit on 21-12-2008 by truthquest] I'm leaning more towards a ball lightning thing due to the fact at one point it passes behind a small
piece of cloud.
I'll go with the experts that ruled the bug out. I know from my own video experience that a bug would be a dark blur across a background like that in
the video. A bug would be far too small to show up on the video from as far away as the base clouds.
It's not ball lighting because it's not bright enough.
All these things would have been looked at, including the possibility of a bird which was ruled out by experts. The obvious conclusion is that it's a
craft of some sort and it was controlled by some intelligence(it made a slight left turn at the base cloud) probably to avoid hitting debris in the
tornado.
If you have any other ideas I would like to hear them.
