It would appear that there is much anti Muslim feeeling all over the place at the moment. Given the fact that most people wont know much about people of the Muslim faith where does all this hate come from.

Is it just the media who is telling us every day that Muslims carryout terrorist attacks and no one else does. Is the recent surge in terrorist activity directly linked to the fact that the UK/US/Isreal are waging war against peoples of the Mulsim faith or just waging war full stop for personal greed and profit.

How can it be that peopel can be so easily manipulated and controlled by just stories in the media. 9/11 case not proven as to who was behind the attacks, certainly not Saddam insane and Iraq, 7/7 same there no real proofs as to who was behind the attacks. Oh yes the powers that be will show you a couple of photographs as proof of who did it and who was guilty, but is that proof.

We know that the above three countries, the axis of evil as I like to call them support, form, finance and support terrorist organisations and with that in mind who can anyone possibly believe a word they say. They simply cannot be trusted to tell the truth as that is not their game.

People asked how could a cultured people like the Germans turn into demented savages, how can a man or woman who would not kick a dog or smack a child become sadists and mass murderers.

There is a emerging mirror image of the above historical event, is it now time to stop and look at ourselves before we make the final error.

I detest fanatics of any faith. Personally, I'm more bothered by Christian fanaticism than Muslims. Muslims don't show up on my door step ever Saturday and tell me I'm going to burn for eternity in a lake of fire because I won't let them in to "save" me.

I have several Muslim friends, all of which are respectful of my beliefs and non-beliefs. Generally speaking, I find most non-Christian faiths to be more tolerant of views that differ from their own.

I personally think every religion is totally out of their minds but I don't hate any one person...I just hate their conduct.

i do not hate every single Muslim on the planet, i do not hate the religion. What i dislike is those using any religion as a course to kill others which also includes catholics, christians, Jews and Islam.
If someone hates all the Muslims then surly they hate every other person who is not like them that course's harm to others?.
However, when innocent people are involded on either side when their children, husbands and wifes are been killed every person would become a terroist to the goverment just so they have an excuse to hurt the innocent souls of man kind.

I don't hate muslims at all. The reason why there is widespread distain for them is propaganda. Muslims hate jews and israel; all for good reason of course. However by using biased media sources, it makes it looks like the muslims are the bad guys. Ironic aint it?

It's all so very discouraging. Muslims, Jews and Christians all engaged in a religious threesome of hate, slaughter and war throughout the ages. All in the name of a god of infinite love and peace.

I dont hate anyone professing the faith in a standardized religion at all. The standard version of the Muslim faith is not violent, in fact they are so non violent that they cant bring themselves to do anything about the radicals that are destroying the worlds perception of their faith. I dont get that...

What I hate is extremism and radicalism or hate veiled by the self-professed righteousness in any of those religions.

Personally, I dont need religion but its not my job on this planet in this life to tell anyone else what they can and cant believe excepting those that commit to hate and violence in the names of those beliefs. Religious hate and violence go beyond the intent behind benevolent faith and belief.

The Quran does not say kill everyone that is not a Muslim, that is completely wrong. Sura4 89-94 states that one should only kill if attacked, to murder a fellow believer is wrong, and to make peace with those who offer it. As usual its sections and verses that are taken out of context by the media who then use it to spout lies and disnfo.

Any religeous works can be taken and misinterpreted by those with an agenda. All religions have there fanatics and there is nothing special or different about the Muslims. The facts are that evil men use such religeous works as they have always been used. As a means to brainwash the weak minded and controlling the masses.

But that said why is it that the spot light is on Muslims and more importantly why is it they the sheeple are so ready to believe the tripe the media spews out every day. How is it a so called inteligent lifeform can be so easily bamboozled by such rubbish. Anyone wih a shred of brain material can reserch the truth fo themselves in no time at all. So is it just a case of the masses are lazy to think for themselves.

I think you have it backwards. I believe theres more hate coming from the muslims towards non-muslims than from non-muslims towards muslims.
Like a poster above me said, I hate fanaticism in general and like it or not, islam is one of the most fanatical of the 3 major religions.
There slogan should be:
"Convert or Die" because when it comes down to it, thats the way they feel.
And I get so sick of hearing the same old line about Islam being a peaceful religion, when there is tons of evidence that proves otherwise.

To be fair though, im also disgusted by Roman Catholicism, not people who are Catholics but the power its self.
Just think how far we couldve advanced if not for the Vatican and the ignorance of a few Popes in our History.
We lost a good 3-400 years of technological advancement because of their arrogance and ignorance.
Think of it like this, we could have technology NOW that we wont see until the years 2300-2400 because of the Dark Ages, I say "could have" because nothing is definite but I guess we'll never know now.

I think the moral of the story is, fanaticism is bad, regardless of the religion.

One thing I have noticed with some people (not just some Muslims) is the way they blackmail others by claiming that they insult them with certain actions or certain words.

This is a very dirty trick to persuade people that they are responsible for other people's feelings. Many do fall for that, and that is the beginning of Thought Police, fascism, etc.

This tactic is embedded in many laws and especially in Sharia codex.

I hate stupidity,which most religions fall under...so yes i hate the islam religion along with other religions,but i dont hate the people who worship them,just think they are delusional and a tad insane.And i dont mean that literally,the mind works in partitions,most christians,muslims etc i know are pretty smart and coherent until it comes to religion where they then turn into blithering idiots that are just an embarrassment and the perfect example of how indoctrination can corrupt the mind...

Independant, do you really think providing a film by a Muslim hating Jew is evidence that Islam is bad. That is like asking the KKK do they like a black person, stupid full stop.

And the Question in this thread was why do you hate Muslims, meaning why do you hate them, not some one else's point of view but yours. What is he point of posting what others say.

The point of this thread is to examine why people turn from cultural understanding individuals to hate filled murderers so try and keep on topic please.

Kronos what proofs do you have that Muslims are doing this. Is it just the case we are killing them and torturing them robbing them and they are hitting back and you don't like it or what. Or do you think that we in the West have the right to do what we like to anyone and they should not dare fight back.

Before 9/11 there was very little evidence of Muslim extremism yet who was behind those attacks, not Muslims thats for sure yet it is those that we are waging war upon why.
