What chance does she have?
I think she's crazy.
Zero chance.
The case won't even be heard. Frivolous lawsuits are not looked upon kindly in federal court. She has no standing and her credibility is in extreme
question.
She claims there was no jet fuel, yet in a WAPO interview she ALSO claims "If she drives past an airport and smells jet fuel, it all comes back."
She also states in the same interview:
And to leave out graphic details, you know, all of a sudden, due to the impact of the plane, we were blown away from the location we were at
and covered under four floors of debris, walls, office equipment, et cetera.
So April sure believe there was a plane impact...or does she?
She also wondered, in that Guns and Butter interview, where were the missiles defenses?
The real question is what is the probability or likelihood that no anti-aircraft defense, warning alarms or additional security mechanism
functioned on that particular day?
There have never been *any* "missile defenses" at the Pentagon prior to 9/11. I would expect an Army soldier like Gallop should know that, although
since she was in personnel, perhaps that ignorance can be excused. When I worked there in 2000 I knew that.
Webster's article states:
...claims that no evacuation was ordered inside the Pentagon, despite flight controllers calling in warnings of approaching hijacked aircraft
nearly 20 minutes before the building was struck.
Nobody knew where those aircraft were headed. Should every one of the over 411,000 federally owned buildings in the Unites States have been
evacuated? Should every one of the 8,500 federal buildings managed by the GSA in the Wash DC area been evacuated at 9 am?
I feel for ya, April! But this silly filing will be smacked down like it should be.
This will be tossed out. No question. I hope with extreme prejudice.
