I do believe that the veils are thinning as we approach a new age of awareness and that many things will not only be revealed to us but we will be able to see more clearly into the fourth dimension and visa versa. We are also beginning our pass through the photon belt which is accelerating the awakening consciousness. It's bound to open up areas of the paranormal in most of our lives...some good, maybe some not so good. That point at which you are about to fall to sleep is typically the most vulnerable and the most accessible to other influences or to power of suggestion. BE SURE THE TV IS OFF!
the trick is to try to live a balanced life physically, mentally and spiritually. This journey is for you and how you learn and develop through it, no one else. What you are will naturally be reflected outward to others so it's important that we try to be completely balanced. Try to get off any meds, most are completely unnecessary and are there to control or dumb you down. Try to sleep with your head in a northward direction. Turn off any signals in your house if you can. I pray too for preservation and protection. That of course is up to you personally but it has always helped me tremendously. Hope that helps

The fear part I was reffering to I think I covered in my podcast reply..its in the same thread as my astral projection podcast.

Sleep paralysis with the vibrations and such is the most terrifying thing when it happens..but once you know what it is, what you can do with it, and are in touch with what you feel to be your true nature..then its awesome.

From what I've read, most people get it because of fear and stress..which could be why I have to induce it.

I talk about entities and fears all sorts in that podcast reply if anyones interested.

If you don't meditate / do anything to probe the truth of your existence, or even read some metaphysics, then I recommend it. If anything it will give you the confidence and you'll be able to explore sleep paralysis for what it is.

That sound you hear while paralysed?... sit quiet, listen to that ringing in your ears, focus on it, as if you were meditating...the sound will get louder, this is the same sounnd, you might be able to hear the pulsations. Certain meditations would produce patterns in the ringing for me.

Something nudging you? Irritating it must be..nothing to concern about in my oppinion.. whats the worst thing that can happen? (you die).. I don't think that would happen... and even if it does, hell, I can't wait to die. - But see this is one of those things which helps to eliminate fear.

In my podcast reply, I talk about how I was in paralysis surrounded by these black humanoid shadowy figures.. at this point it was just irritating, in the past I would have been terrified.. I imagined a white protective sphere around me and manifested quite visibily. This is where meditation helps, to master your thoughts, your reality.. but don't think I'm dictating, your path is your own.. this is just how it looks from my vantage point.

My whole life I've been terrified while sleeping. Now I look to sleep with anticipation and wonder. When we are "asleep".. do we hallucinate everything..dreams and such, sleep paralysis...astral projection?

If we do then I can hallucinate visions of the future among other things.

Sleep is.. awesome. I wish I had time to offer more advice on fears.. i was going to make a podcast on fears around sunday or so.
