Star of the hit show HEROES - Mr. Masi Oka







Our Guest graduated in 1997 from Brown University with degrees in mathematics
and computer science and a minor in theater arts. He has a 180-plus IQ. When he was 12, he was on the cover of the August 31, 1987 issue of Time magazine titled "Those Asian-American Whiz Kids".

Besides being is fluent Japanese, Spanish and English, he is also into Kendo
(Japanese sword fighting) where he carries the rank of shodan, playing video
games, watching and writing romantic comedies, playing the piano, and singing.
His portrayal of Hiro Nakamura earned him a Golden Globe Award nomination
that year in the "Best Supporting Actor on a TV Series" category, and he recently
stared in Get Smart.

Congrats on the interview! I thought it was really well done... it had to have been hard to do. I know you felt a lot of pressure when you did it but you did the interview really easily.

I like your views on high-school. What you said about how people in high-school make many mistakes made me think about my time in high-school and when you talked about learning from mistakes I really took some time to reflect on what high-school was like for me... I think other people can appreciate your thoughts about that. I felt I could really relate to the advice you gave.

I love the TV Hit Heroes, I don't own a Television but it's the one show I go out of my way to watch every monday, it's brilliant and has eerie parallels to the world we live in minus the special effects.

I didn't know "Hiro" was in real life such a frickin' genius I will have to listen to this show for sure!

Masi Oka is my favourite actor and I thought he was a really special guy.

Yes! get the fringe cast ! thats the second show i obsess about besides heroes that and house thats #3 omg you have got to get them and thanks for the Masi oka interview hes such a cutie pie! i always new he probaly was cute when he was a kid.

Masi Oka does a great job in Heroes. One of the main reasons I love heroes.

He is multi talented it seems. I think I read somewhere he made the program to create the CG waves in the movie Perfect Storm.
