Im not sure if i should make a thread about this, but i feel like its should be talked about and im interested if any other people have seen or witnessed this.

On thursday december 11th, i was driving to my friends house at The University of Dayton, in dayton ohio.

this college is located directly inbetween one of the wealthiest neighborhoods (oakwood), and the downtown ghettos. the campus/housing seperates the two by 10-15 blocks or so.

i have lived in this area my whole life, and have been to the campus hundreds of times.

well my last visit i was driving around trying to find a parking spot, i pulled up to a four way stop and there were ROTC army students walking the streets, two of them practicing directing traffic, dressed in full camo fatigues.

next i noticed a white SUV with blue marking, which i hadnt seen before pulled up on the edge of the road talking with other ROTC army kids an older man in the SUV game them some kind of intructions and drove right infront of me slowly. Than i saw a group of 5-7 soldiers standing in a row blocking off a certain street to my left

this had me freaked out because i had my herbal supplement in the car with me and i thought i was driving into a search checkpoint.

well i was waved through by these army ROTC kids who appeared to be in their early 20's Men and Women.

and as i was driving away i stared to get pissed because i hadnt taken and pictures or video to show as proof, and i was mad that i saw them practicing for potential martial law like situations of stopping cars and controlling traffic while dressed in full camo.

Now i dont know anyone in ROTC so im not sure if this is just some normal thing they do like some outdoor activity that all ROTC takes part in on all campuses but it really itched me the wrong way

so to the younger crowd on here attending colleges, has anyone seen anything like this??

a quote from the UD ROTC Website

Pro Deo Et Patria. For God and Country. This is the motto for the University of Dayton Fighting Flyer Battalion. For God and Country.

if god wants us to have martial law he must have let these kids know early to start practicing.

---lastly i find it highly unusual that with all the talks of coming disaster here, hints from the MSM, and comments from economic thinkers, and the appointment of 20,000 troops domestically, that the ROTC would just so happen to be practicing stopping cars and patrolling streets.

i doubt ill get many replys but i just needed to see if anyone has seen or experienced anything like this or can shed some light as to why the ROTC is doing something like this.

thanks.
