Congressional Budget Office blog shows that an additional $200 million dollars would provide government insurance for certain financing arrangements made by transit systems and authorize a cost-of-living increase for federal judges.

I really dont see where an auto industry bailout has any bearing on federal judges getting 200 mil in cost of living increase pay.

More scam it seems like to me.
