Strange lights over Leeds, U.K. - 12/12/08

i found this UFO video and wanted to see what everyone thought these light's are because i honestly don't know what to think about them. i thought chinese lanterns at first but i am not sure what they are.

At a recent wedding celebration, we set off a few of those Sky Lanterns and they looked exactly like this. They rise very high in the sky, last for 10-15 minutes and drift for miles in the slightest breeze. So, if they float like lanterns and flicker like lanterns, I'd say they very probably are indeed lanterns.
