Good suggestions all around. Baker Creek is a great source and puts out a beautiful catalogue that I just got. I can also recommend Wood Prairie Farm for potatoes and more.

As others have already said, just make sure it’s open-pollinated, non-hybrid and non GM. Heirloom varieties are preferred because they are often in danger of disappearing, and a diversity of regionally adapted varieties is very important.

I just got mine too and it's a like coffee table book and what caught me off guard was a quote on page 61 from Congressman Ron Paul. I'd highly recommend them based on positive personal experience; Free gifts and 100% germination.

Do a search using the terms seed storage for specific plants; Seeds for tomatoes and squash can be viable for 5 years or so while corn may only last for 2 years.
