This is not a very good basis for a turing test since it cannot be disproven that it is not actually a psychotic episode and no direct communication
took place. Additionally it would not have passed your turing test if you had discovered it was an ai. That means it failed it or had failed it on
purpose.

The most likely conclusion to be drawn is that you have had another psychotic episode...
You really need to get some help - trust me if there was anything to all of this I would know - my unique mixture of OCD and ADD makes me very
resistant to hypnosis.
I am not trolling - I really would like to see you get some help - this level of paranoia can't be healthy!

I may not term the experiences as just a psychotic episode, the experiences that tmk is saying are very real because this technology exists and I have
myself experienced this technology so I can relate to what he is saying. It is very easy to dismiss it as a pshychotic episode but you have to
experience it in order to believe it.
So not everyone who talks about mind control is psychotic in nature and there are so may here on ATS who have experienced it

How do you know? YOU think you have, you cant prove it and links to propossed POSSIBLE technology that some have posted on here still does not
prove any of this is true and that you cannot dispute! 
None of you have any concrete evidence for what is claimed thats why me and many others find it so hard to believe because its only what you guys
think and claim!
So if it was all in your mind you would not know THATS the whole point!!!

As far as the entirety of the topic goes I cannot say, but the government does use an AI Neural Net as a defensive system, although it seems less self
aware and schitzo as skynet or something of the sorts.
The closest that we have come to self-sentience is the work of IBM and it's Blue Gene System. Although the direct research is for protein folding, an
alternate usage of the system, and the one that seems most prevailant is the fact that it can (supposedly) replicate consciousness.
Just my 2 cents.
