No I'm not against any race or people. I'm not even a christian. However in watching a exchange go online for someone getting treated harsh over the
joking term "The Jews Killed Jesus", I couldn't help but wonder if there is not a conspairacy a foot about it.
After all, I feel, a clear and researchable picture through roman and jewish documents of the time shows that the jews didn't have a death-rite, and
demanded the governmental powers of the time "the romans" kill Jesus. It was the Jewish people riled up by the Jewish religious leaders that killed
Jesus.
Who killed Jesus?
The Jews Killed Jesus. Is that wrong?

Well ... One could say Judas Killed Jesus. Then again one could say the Romans killed jesus. You could blame the jews too I suppose or you could just
blame all of humanity for be so full of sin he had to let himself get nailed to a tree....
OR if your like me, you have watched Zeitgeist and now question whether or not he even existed at all?
I would not be quick to say you are wrong. I think there is more than one right answer to your question though.

Going on this speculation one could say that God killed Jesus as he was sent here as mankinds savior and was destined to die for our sins. If I
remember correctly the Romans killed Jesus, Judas just turned him in.

The Jews didn't kill Jesus.
Jesus said "I lay down my life of my own accord, and I take it up again."
The death of Jesus was God's answer to the sins of the WHOLE world. He just happened to choose the Jews through which to be born Himself...as a
Jew.
So there are conflicting views regarding the Jews to this day.
Some blame the Jews for killing Jesus....when in fact we are all guilty.
Yet, also, Jesus Himself said 'Salvation is of the Jews'.
The same would have been the case if He had chosen to be born Chinese, or Russian, or any other nationality.
God chose Israel. That's a fact. Get over it, I say. And stop blaming the Jews, or Israel, for our own shortcomings....when we are all guilty,
and He died for ALL our sins.

The Jews... the Romans... Satan... God.. Judas... at this point, what does it matter? Are we to punish the guilty party (or their descendants) for a
2000 year old crime? I think the statute of limitations has run it's course on this one.

I'm not looking for someone to hang the crimb upon. I'm not looking for someone to hate. I'm just not going to shrill away from the idealization
that a SELF "chosen people" refuse to take credit for what they did. That would be like saying it was only a "Theory" the Germans killed the
Jews.
Out side religion, leaving God or God's will out of it.
The Jewish Nationlistis Paid Judas to betray Jesus on a hyped up charge and the Jewish Nationalist riled up the Jewish people, who were in the city
for a "holy day" and the Jewish people cried out until the romans who were in power washed their hands but still did the deed. The romans may have
hit the nails with the hammer but there were Jews over the roman's sholder saying "hit it".
The Jews Killed Jesus is about as much thory as the the Natzi Killing the Jews.

I don't believe in Jesus, nor do I blame Jews for anything, but here is something relevant that I have read about.
Firstly, the Codex contains two extra books in the New Testament.
One is the little-known Shepherd of Hermas, written in Rome in the 2nd Century - the other, the Epistle of Barnabas. This goes out of its way to claim
that it was the Jews, not the Romans, who killed Jesus, and is full of anti-Semitic kindling ready to be lit. "His blood be upon us,"
Barnabas has the Jews cry.

A clique of those times manipulated the Romans into doing the nasty deed, and then the whole of Judaism was left with the blame. The Neo-cons haven't
changed their modus operandi in over two thousand years.

Yes, the Jews called for his death. The Romans, who were ruling over the Jews, Killed him. But if you take a look at it from the same point of view
religions do today, and everyone else for that matter, ,,,,,,
The Romans still followed thier pagon gods. The Jews followed the one God. Jesus was, in thier eyes, was a heritic, claiming to be the messiah that
their bible predicted.
If someone was running around today claiming to be Jesus reborn, as the bile says with happen, every christian would be calling for his head, or to be
locked up in a padded room some where.
People are screaming too much, and bringing too much hate over a story written 2000 years ago, that has been translated how many times from how many
languages? And where are the original copies?
The Bible has alot of good things in it. And it is a great staring point to live your life by. But.... it's not something that is worth all the
lives it has cost over the centuries, for religious wars and hatered.
As for the Nazies killing the Jews. Look at the videos that are out. You see actual footage of it happening. It is real, and a disgrace.

"The Jews" didn't kill Jesus.
Maybe a bunch of Jewish people that lived 2000 years ago killed Jesus. I don't know, i wasn't there. Maybe.
But saying "the Jews killed Jesus" is blaming not a bunch of long dead people, is blaming a whole ethnicity. And that is just wrong.
Just like saying "the Germans killed the Jews". You don't blame a whole nation for the mistake of a few.
I'm not saying that's what you're doing, I'm just saying maybe you chose the wrong words to express what you meant?

First of all, i am pretty sure that Jews - mainly religious authority but others probably too - where involved in what led to execution. But here are
several problems:
Majority of population of Judea were not involved and led their life as usual.
Number of Jews actively involved in pushing/helping Romans to get rid of what they saw as trouble maker is hardly larger then number of Jews actively
supporting Jesus. Plus Jesus himself.
Crucification is not Jewish form of punishment, it does not appear in the grim list of executions allowed religiously.
It was eventually done by Roman soldiers and Roman authority.
And finally - Jews that lived after this (including now) have nothing to do with it except history.
Small and totally inappropriate example example just to show the point- was Saddam Hussein killed by 300 millions Americans (and future Americans too)
or Iraqi court and executioner?

I think we first have to determine if Jesus lived to determine if he died, then ask who killed him . There are stories, but that's all we have. In
the myth, the Jews killed Jesus. If you're looking for fact, we'll probably never get it. There's a big debate concerning his existence, and it's
really more assumption than anything else - on both sides.

Pontes pilote had jesus crucified. He was a Pagan ,Roman. the Roman empire hated christians because they would not obey Roman rules and were devoted
to there silly little fairy tale not matter what the circumstances. The Romans feared they may have killed Gods son Jesus because the stubborn
Christians were so certain they were following the truth. (Jesus's original ideology was to set the people free from Roman rule). Christianity was
then accepted through fear and transformed the Roman empire into the Holy Roman Empire.

Well, let's look at the scripture"
John 11:47-53 47:
Then the chief priests and the Pharisees called a meeting of the Sanhedrin. "What are we accomplishing?" they asked. "Here is this man performing
many miraculous signs. 48 If we let him go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and then the Romans will come and take away both our place and
our nation." 49 Then one of them, named Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, spoke up, "You know nothing at all! 50 You do not realize that it
is better for you that one man die for the people than that the whole nation perish." 51 He did not say this on his own, but as high priest that year
he prophesied that Jesus would die for the Jewish nation, 52 and not only for that nation but also for the scattered children of God, to bring them
together and make them one. 53 So from that day on they plotted to take his life.
It seems pretty obvious from John, that the chief priests (rabbis) and Pharisees were worried that Jesus might cost them their positions and temple.
The Jewish people as a whole did not kill Jesus, but the Pharisees conspired to have him killed by the Romans.
After all, Jesus had thrown the money changers out of the temple, and they perceived Jesus as a threat that had to be eliminated.

You should have stopped at you're not a Christian or a Jew, cause your ignorance SCREAMS IT in your post...
Jews did HAVE A DEATH PENALTY at the time of Christ, it was by STONING you may have heard of it...
The didn't use it because they could NOT CONVICT after 5 Trials with the Sanhedrin or Herod... YES I SAID 5 TRIALS!
It is the SECOND TIME they took him before Pilot that he was put to death penalty but Pilot tried to get out of it by offering up a freedom for the
Passover as was tradition, they chose Barbabas instead of Christ.
Pilot washed his hands of the Blood in SYMBOLIC nature... The Jews cried out "May his blood be on US and upon our CHILDREN...
They didn't know what they were doing but GOD knew, what washes away sin? The BLOOD of Christ does, what did the Jews say? What was upon them? They
didn't eve know they were sacrificing the SIN Sacrifice upon them and their offspring, but GOD knew...
Jew haters scream Jews killed Jesus, and some Christians scream Romans did it... Both are right, he was put to death in a Roman way at the behest of
the Sanhedrin (Priests and elite of the Jews)..
READ THE BIBLE and you too can know all this, it is written all in there, if you read it first you won't look ignorant when you post fables and
crapola that has been told you. This is why I always say never listen to a man (Religion) but KNOW GOD'S WORD...
I hope you don't take this as harsh cause it's not meant that way, just don't say you aren't something then start spouting off what you THINK you
know... Read it then you can post in an informed manner and you won't look goofy to those of us who do know...
Now for the ANSWER to who killed Christ - EVERYONE OF US DID, You, Me and Everyone. Christ died for all sin Christ was the final Blood Sacrifice fo
ALL SIN of ALL PEOPLES... So the next time someone screams the Jews or the Romans killed Christ you will know, Yes they did the ACT but it was ALL SIN
that Christ died for, not just Jews or Romans or Christians but all that would come to him...
I hope this opened your eyes a little to the TRUTH! And again I am not being mean or harsh on purpose, but when you start a post with you don't know
then start spewing things you think you know it goes badly...
Be Blessed!

It was a Jewish government and the thought that someone was questioning their authority made them mad so they put him on a cross. They crucified many
who defied them to set an example.

Seems more like you want to blame someone, or for someone to take the blame, than asking for a group to take the blame for something they already get
blamed for.
In the group that sentenced Jesus to death, there were Romans, Jews, Greeks, and probably folks from different parts of the world.
With you're logic we'd have to blame everyone who was or may have been there as well.
