My local online news site is asking for assistance on a mystery plane that was buzzing a township north of me.

Its a C-130

Edit to add: Its not one of the newer -J models more likely an H

Im guessing its an ANG cargo model. Its NOT a Compass Call or and EC/MC variant either

We had a big prop plane doing laps around our area one night a few weeks ago. I figured it was a training mission for the sub hunters that patrol the coastline. I could relate more paranoid ideas involving UFOs but I don't have enough information.
