My question is why the 180 degree turn around, why did he run from Islam and towards our Allies like Israel and India in the campaign and then run to it after he was elected.

And yes I think there was a conspiracy by the PTB to cover up parts of Obama's life to get him elected, I think McCain didn't do all he could have done and handed the POTUS to Barack, cause McCain is a player too. I seriously wonder what type of message this sends to our Allies fighting terrorists, I mean goodness this man is turning 180 degrees the other way and he hasn't even taken office yet... I am not afraid he can make America an Islamic nation, that would be ridiculous a best. I mean did Kennedy make us all Catholic? or Bush make us all Satanists that like torture?

My point is we were LIED to and people were called racists throughout the campaign over Barack for using his middle name. And now the SHEEPLE are just like the Bush sheeple, support anything he does right or wrong, this is not what a good American does. Good Americans should hold their elected officials to a standard and cal them on it when they deviate.

Let me make a PREDICTION here: Barack Hussein Obama will be that until some right winger says it then again it will be RACIST to use it...

Thanks for your response on the thread though I appreciate it.

How do I explain....?

Yes you are right, it's racist the way FOX news says it. And not in other forums.
Why?
Well, imagine the word like it were a object. A baseball bat if you will.
The rest of us know what a bat is for but some people only use it to hit people with it. It's what you use it for that defines the bat as equipment or a weapon. Or the person as violent or a bigot.

It's not a 180. He's doing the same thing as before, stretching his hand out to allies and foes. This must all be so disconcerting after 8 years of George W. Bush. C'mon his freaking bio movie is called W, is it really that rare to hear a presidents middle name? Remember calling him Dubya?

What? Are you thick?

The difference is intent.

He's saying his name, others are simply using it in a racist or partisan manner.

Because it shows progress...

Same as being excited about a black person being elected. It shows that some people in this country aren't as superficial and ignorant as we may think.

Sadism? I guess if enjoying seeing bigots squirm is sadistic then you are correct.

So no real response from you then I take it?

I see you didn't notice the contradictions in the man and his team, but hey your no different than the moron republicans that followed Bush to where we are now. Now the other sides moron sheeples get to come out and try to defend undefendable positions.

I am not a sheep and I am also not stupid.

I see you are confused concerning the 'contradictions' OI can only assume you mean being B H Obama asking to not be call Hussein Obama during the election as it was divisive and racist to his stance now where he plans on using his name.

There is no contradiction in this mate. None.

The right and other adversarial groups were calling him Barack HUSSEIN Obama, Hussein Obama, and simply Hussein during the election to smear him and play the fear card with the USA population, and he called them out on it. Good for him.

Now he plans on using his full name during a speech and those against him wet themselves with out rage and indignation, no surprise.

From your 'source' (though fauxnews is little more than crap IMHO)

Asked if he would drop his middle name during his inauguration on Jan. 20, the president-elect said he would not.

"The tradition is that they use all three names and I will follow the tradition, not trying to make a statement on[e] way or another," he said.

So it inset even really about anything but the tradition of President Elects of the USA

Hmmmm, so much for your little rant on:

The link above is the old story of Barrack and his people FLIPPING OUT because someone in the campaign cycle used HIS middle Name, they were called Racists and scare mongers.

Well now we have HUSSEIN as his NAME and first Speech in a Foreign Nation of Islamic nature as I reported in another thread and it is included in this story.

This is disconcerting to me, I think we been took by a Black African Muslim and the powers that be have always known this information and they hide it from us. Why did they what a Kenyan named HUSSEIN to be president?

Nothing to see here folks except some one who 'assures' you he is not hateful or racist.

What does this say to our allies fighting Islamic Terrorists like Israel and India and Germany and France and Britain and Etc. Etc.?

First off, its Fox News, nuff said.

I think its brave for Obama to want to use his whole name, during the campaign it was taboo because they didn't think the ignorant masses would vote for him because of it but now that the American people have voted he is safe to be himself. He is setting aside the facade that he had to put on to get elected, don't take that the wrong way, I'm not saying he deceived the American people but that he had to mask his name, and perhaps, his religion. Maybe he is a Muslim, though I doubt that to be true, but what difference would it make? Unless you truly believe some ignorant glop about Muslims.

As for speaking in a Muslim country, its a good idea, Obama wants to teach unity and repair America's image, which years of tireless world-empire-building has damaged...

Do I think Obama is some secret sleeper-cell Muslim, no, but I don't trust him fully. And it is not his religion or race or stances on the issues but his power, his position as (soon to be) President. No matter who occupies that seat I am uneasy because even the most well-meaning President can allow their strings to be pulled by the wrong people and end up hurting this country.

I would only say this to you my friend, W ran on that name, recall he hats? And we all know him well because of Sr. H.W. Barack didn't run on Hussein but now is embracing it. Besides W was only for Bush anyway, that way he could sign Autographs, we all know he is too damn dumb to spell George or Bush, and I doubt he even knows what HIS W stands for LOL

I hope you're correct and it's nothing but I am worried how our allies will see this a it appears that he ran from his name Hussein and now he is running to it...

I personally don't care what name he gets inaugurated under, I just find this is more of the POLITICIANS STANDARD METHOD OF OPERATION - I.E. Talk to the crowd you're in to get elected THEN DO AS YOU PLEASE.

Because the Christians did nothing good for anyone but themselves, so I'm hoping at least a new group will be catered to for a while.

Progress in regards to what?

That a non-christian has been elected? How is that "progress"? It's not progress, it's just a non-christian getting elected. It has nothing to do with progress at all.

Is the first president with a crew-cut hairdo getting elected progress too? No it's not, it's just the first president with a crew-cut getting elected.

It means nothing and has nothing to do with "progress" at all, and it has no effect on us at all.

I suppose if at one point the people of this nation looked down upon those with crew cuts or hated them... then yes, it would be progress.

And what? Does it somehow change history and undo that hate that was once there if a man with a crew cut gets elected? No.
