Sources: Rahm Emanuel Spoke with Blagojevich about Senate Seat on Multiple Occassions

I doubt he would intervene on his own croney

Obama’s confindence that no one on his team discussed his senate seat with scumbucket Blagojevich may soon be shattered. This Chicago Fox Affiliate has an exclusive that Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s chief of staff, spoke with Governor Rod Blagojevich on “multiple occasions” about the Senate succession of Obama’s open seat. He is likely to be on FBI wiretaps:

Of course it doesn't prove anything, except they are liars.

So far.

Chicago Tribune

That is a link to the affidavit. Take special note of pages 62-66.
It seems that Gov. Blago and wifeypoo expected something from
the president elect. That's not saying that the president elect
knew that ... but something gave them the impression that he
was part of the Chicago political system and would play ball
with them - that's my take on the read.

Inside the Blago Tangled Web

This is by Chris Matthews. He actually reported like he used to - before he got that 'tingle down his leg' and became a loon. Enjoy the short video. Inside Gov. Blago's tangled web.

Emanuel: I'm Getting Death Threats Over Blagojevich Scandal

www.abcnews.go.com...

"I'm getting regular death threats. You've put my home address on national television. I'm pissed at the networks. You've intruded too much, " Emanuel said, according to the cameraman.

WOW isn't he the one who sent a dead fish to a person he didn't like, anyway will he step down to protect Obama?

Why haven't they got Obama? Perhaps because he's clean. Do you know the rigorous vetting process they put candidates through?

*Edit to add:

You guys posted a lot of stuff, which I appreciate, but again, none of it really proves anything. It's all fits under the whole "Guilty By Association" fallacy.

If you want to convince anyone, you'll need to do better than that.

And
at the person asking if they can impeach him already. Seriously? Impeach him over blogs?

On the contrary, Obama has played "chicago" (aka dirty) politics from his very first election.

CNN article

In his first race for office, seeking a state Senate seat on Chicago's gritty South Side in 1996, Obama effectively used election rules to eliminate his Democratic competition.

As a community organizer, he had helped register thousands of voters. But when it came time to run for office, he employed Chicago rules to invalidate the voting petition signatures of three of his challengers.

The move denied each of them, including incumbent Alice Palmer, a longtime Chicago activist, a place on the ballot. It cleared the way for Obama to run unopposed on the Democratic ticket in a heavily Democrat district.

"That was Chicago politics," said John Kass, a veteran Chicago Tribune columnist. "Knock out your opposition, challenge their petitions, destroy your enemy, right? It is how Barack Obama destroyed his enemies back in 1996 that conflicts with his message today. He may have gotten his start registering thousands of voters. But in that first race, he made sure voters had just one choice."

So, why should we expect anything different from obama now?
