See so many post, I just want to ask some questions.

There are just several kind AWACS in the world, American's E-2, E3, which
radar is Doppler Radar; Russian's A50, also radar is Doppler radar; Israel's
Phalcon, radar is Phase Array radar, is till now most advanced AWACS in
the world.

If I say many features of China AWACS which is under testing suggesting
it is using Phase Array radar, what will you think about ?

I just say many feature suggesting it is phase array radar, mainly from the
radar's mounting style, we see in the picture that seems the dome is not
rotate-able. If this is true, then it will be a very great tech leapforward of
China's technology.

While I just searched gogle about the info of USA's E3, it is using Doppler
radar, and needs mechanic rotation, it needs to take 4 minutes to scan
the whole 360C range.

why don't you find those links yourself? They are everywhere on net. Talk is cheap, I agree.

China will never fight US? oh we just simply did, and we don't have problem to do that again if necessary, not at all. Why? Threre are many reasons but most of which you probably won't understand, let me just give you a simple one: though America has No1 Airforce and Navy, your Army sucks, hardly in top 10 around world. Just pray, will you not meet PLA.

Showing signs of weakness? you were the one that proposed the idea that china had phase array radar I asked you to prove it with some fact but you cant so you are nothing but a talker and again talk is cheap.

I think it is very reasonable the WestPoint23 asking for link, but I need to
apologize that I can not provide. Before in a Chinese military forum, some
people posted some pictures of radar mounting style of E3, A50 and
Chinese AWACS, and I indeed see the mounting style is different,
suggesting the radar is different from E3 and A50. I go back
to check the forum again but unfortunately I can not find these pictures
anymore.

AWACS's most important part is software, the major thing is signal
processing. It is easy to detect a object in air, in sea, but difficult to
detect object on ground. USA has AWACS for a long time, but it took
Americans tens of years to upgrade the software to let it can do
ground control.

Chinese Radar, if it is our home developed, mostly I care is how much
function we have developed of the software. China has some AWACS
project before using Y-8 as platform, but it lacks of capability of ground
control. The new AWACS looks much more advanced, but we can only know
its performance if government willing to provide the info, otherwise,
it will still be just rumor and rumor, guess and guess.

These things are nothing compare to American technology, but it is still
step forward for us.
