Pollution turning males female, scientists warn

www.news.com.au

An increasing number of studies have indicated that toxins in the food chain - particularly in water - are having alarming effects on hormones in mammals and fish.

Sperm levels are dropping across the globe and there are increasing reports of communities exposed to high amounts of so-called "gender-bender" chemicals having many more girl babies than boys.

and

And recent American research shows that baby boys born to women exposed to widespread chemicals in pregnancy are born with smaller penises and feminised genitals.

and not so long ago this was research that was not believed by many serious people

does that mean there will be fewer males around in generations to come?

the problem is we do live in a plastic age and plastics are some of the culprits

unfortunately plastics are estrogen mimicking chemicals and estrogen is mainly a female hormone

add to this the fact that the food industry is substituting ingredients for cheap soy and soy too is estrogenic and also infant formula is made of soy and - frankly - boys do not need so much estrogen - even girls dont need that much estrogen in their environemnt

phytoestrogens are implicated in infertility

so if the super rich had a conspiracy to help reduce the number of people- then selling soy to put into every food available - form crumbed fish to ice cream - there is no better way to reduce the population

to quote

THE CAUSES OF ESTROGEN DOMINANCE

Strictly speaking, it's possible that we are all -- men, women and children -- suffering a little from estrogen dominance, because there is so much of it in our environment. You would have to virtually live in a bubble to escape the excess estrogens we're exposed to through pesticides, plastics, industrial waste products, car exhaust, meat, soaps and much of the carpeting, furniture and paneling that we live with indoors every day

so do we think this is a plot by some secret eugenic plotters or did we humans do it to ourselves unwittingly?

I am not a scientist, however, i read a long time ago this was starting to happen in lower species such as frogs and fish so it is not out of the question this is valid.
