For you with kids, has this happened?

Up in Smoke was on tonight, I hadn't seen it in a while, so I watched it. My 14 yr old son comes in the room, he's laughing at the toilet loke, and the dead dog, legs straight up in the air, and he says, totally serious, " when did they make this, about 50 years ago?' I mean Jesus, I"M not 50 yet.

LMAO!!! Now that's pretty funny.

There was a history show on here a couple of weeks ago, and I was pointing out something about Henry VIII to KayEm when her young son asked how I knew so much about him, and if I had ever met him !!!
For fex sake, I thought I looked young for my age (see avatar ) - not over 500 years old !

Should turn the tables on them. When a baby coos and blathers we should ask the kids "what did the baby say?" That ought to get them thinking.
