Has anyone seen this video yet?

hey guys, i just came across this new video on youtube about the galactic federation. I think its old but im not sure.

It shows an alien talking from inside a ship in space. Its from the account called Ashatur so im not really sure if this video or real or not.

lol I've known this one for years -- this dates fron the late 70;s when someone hijacked the Southern Television (ITV)broadcast of the News, and put this audio over the news guy.

I believe they never found the perpetrators?? Students were suspected. Great story -- look up Ashtar Galactic Command on Google

I would think it was sooner as I don't recall CGI effects being made that good in the 1970s (Tron was made in 1981). This is an obvious fake when looking at it. The CGI is still quite crude (limited budget).
