You should really spend some time looking at what's already been posted, multiple times, before starting a new thread. Anybody who's spent more
than five minutes in one of the numerous birth certificate threads has already seen your pdf file.
It's been pointed out numerous times that anybody can put a birth announcement in the paper. It's been counter argued that this is in the health
bureau statistics section so it's hospital only. Regardless, I can't take a copy of my birth announcement to any government office as a form of ID
so the entire argument of using this as some kind of proof of place of birth is a waste of time.
