for a change there's some good news for those of us that are worried about the encroachment of technology onto our human rights.
i first saw this report on the 10 o clock news on BBC and some top cop was saying they would be looking at ways with the uk gov. to try to retain as
much of these data bases as possible.
the surprising thing is that this comes from the european court of human rights, perhaps those thumbs aren't in every pie. it's an interesting
development.
