Yeah, those type of people are the "brainwashers and mindcrontrollers of religion".

I've only seen half of a couple of her shows years ago and part of one recently, but it seems we're on the "same page" as far as certain views go. Maybe it isn't Oprah doing the "mind controlling", maybe we're all just evolving into the truth.

The thruth? Yeah, that Oprah needs to quit her day job and lose weight.

Ohhhh I doubt she'll be quitting her well-paying job any time soon, lol, and her weight looks great on her, she didn't really look better skinnier. She looks great.

When would Oprah have Wacko Jacko on as a guess to interview? And would Oprah listen to his song: Black and white. Would Oprah with her billions of dollars get a operation as the same as what Wacko Jacko done?

I find her brand of spiritualism to be one of the most arrogant. Two things I have noted:

1. She will support anyone believing in anything, any god (even self) EVEN if that person subscribes to ONLY that god. What she will not tolerate is anyone who says the G-d of the Bible is the G-d they put their trust in and she gets particularly upset when someone says that is the only true G-d.

2. She specifically said she started questioning when she heard G-d was a jealous G-d. "G-d is jealous of *ME*? That is not G-d." PUUULLEEASSE LADY! Seriously, I promise ya Oprah, G-d is not jealous *of* YOU in the least bit. If anyone does not understand what and who G-d was jealous OVER and how it IS justified, then they either haven't read ALL of the Book or they are blinded in seeing it by something within their own self (in her case, it would be her extreme arrogance). I too, at one point questioned and it was *my* fault that I couldn't understand it and it wasn't until I quit trying to demonize it that I understood it.

Her brand of spirituality is what has been replacing the Bible teachings in the churches for over the last two decades and is now basically what christianity is minus Jesus. It ignores G-d and what He actually said, which Jesus never denied and in fact, who he was about and what he was about.

BTW. not a christian. I do place my trust in the one true G-d alone.

Justamomma, let me guess, you have some sort of symbiotic appreciation for christians but you don't believe christianity yourself.

Anyway, who cares, she's making billions and you guys are not. She must have the one true God's blessing after all.

I don't really label those things anymore I guess. I believe in the point of Jesus to serve as a sword, but I don't believe in finding my inner christ. That seems to be close to what Oprah is spewing.

I guess you missed my point. Oprah's way is "everybody's way is right unless I deem otherwise" and she actually believed that the G-d of the Bible being jealous meant He was jealous of her.

It was just funny to see an arrogant new ager say everyone is right and then argue vehemently when someone said they believed in Jesus. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of her message, don't ya think?

But I understand that there are dopes out there who will defend her moronic spewings to the death so since I love not Oprah unto my death, I will leave you to your devotion

I find it hard to believe that someone intelligent enough to make as much money as she does misinterpreted that text and went so far as to let it alter her opinion. No, you must be the one mistaken and you need to site your sources. Otherwise, you're looking like a liar and character assassin.


Observing and admiring the many people who do well in their field is by far "devotion" to any of them. Hardly something someone should spew nasty words like "dope" over. What's with you people and your nasty attitudes around here, is there something bothering you? Someone does better than you so you spew nasty words at people who speak on their behalf? You call yourself a mamma but you need to grow up, lady.

Maybe your one of those people who have been BRAIN WASHED into beliveing anything that any christian would say or do. Marie, if you souly belived in blindfaith that you can not see that they have mind controlled you into beliveing that what Oprah keeps stashed away all those millions, just like those t.v. christians who only want to please themselfs with self corruption.

Not everyone who knows the material believes the material.

Just like not everyone who watches Oprah believes everything she says.

Kind of a no-brainer.

If you cannot see where Oprah is trying to lead you, then perhaps you are the one who needs to widen their perceptions.....
