FEMA sources confirm coming martial law

www.globalresearch.ca
WMR has learned from knowledgeable Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sources that the Bush administration is putting the final touches on a plan that would see martial law declared in the United States with various scenarios anticipated as triggers. The triggers include a continuing economic collapse with massive social unrest, bank closures resulting in violence against financial institutions, and another fraudulent presidential election that would result in rioting in major cities and campuses around the country.
In addition, Army Corps of Engineer sources report that the assignment of the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT) to the Northern Command’s U.S. Army North is to augment FEMA and federal law enforcement in the imposition of traffic controls, crowd control, curfews, enhanced border and port security, and neighborhood patrols in the event a national emergency being declared. The BCT was assigned to duties in Iraq before being assigned to the Northern Command

This quote is from a Senate Subcommittee on Terrorism in 1995.

The federal government itself is the child of the armed citizen, we the people are the parent of the child we call government. You senators are part of the child that we the people gave life to. The increasing ammount of federal encroachment into our lives indicates the need for parental corrective action. In short the federal government needs a good spanking to make it behave. One other important point needs to be made, since the constitution is the limiting document upon the government, the government cannot become greater than the granting power. That is, the searvant cannot become greater than it's master. Therefore should the chief executive or other branch of government, or all branches together act to suspend the constitution under a rule of martial law, all power granted to government would be cancelled and defer back to the granting power, that is the people. Martial law shall not be possible in this country as long as the people recognize the bill of rights as inalienable. - American Militia Commander Norman Olson

I think this is how we should all look at it.
The government gets it's power from our willingness to allow it to govern us.
If they ever impliment martial law all power granted to government would be cancelled and defer back to the granting power, that is us.
They do not own us, they are our servants, and if they overstep the power we have given them, The Declaration of Independence clearly states that it is our right and duty to overthrow them.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

We have inalienable rights that can not be taken away, and in fact can not even be given away by us.
They will surely try to convince you otherwise, just remember the words of Parliament Funkadelic.

Free Your Mind... And Your *snip* Will Follow

actually,
china ,england and japan hold most of it.

china - $585,000,000,000.00
Japan - $573,000,000,000.00
UK - $338,000,000,000.00
..
.
.
.
.
Russia - $69,000,000,00.00

Russia and the US Will never come close to a war..
But if the US hits Iran, Russia will by proxy assist Iran.

And not one American can complain, because we assisted in the slaughter of many russian troops in Afghanistan.
And our adventure is by NO WAY any more justified than the russians.

Apply that inalienable right to this (hypothetical) situation in which this comic-book martial law is evident:

A national guard in full riot gear and body armor points a rifle at an average citizens face.

"I SAID REMOVE YOUR CLOTHES, AND DANCE!"

"I am sorry sir, my inalienable right allows me to rise up against you and who you serve."

This right doesn't matter to sheep full of fear. You won't get a preemptive takedown of any NWO by the people, and if suddenly everyone grew courageous and a physical revolution began...well let's just say the difference in weapons technology is a wee bit larger than it was when we colonists fought the British.

Um, but didn't Bush sign some heavy rights away for us all?

That's a very slippery slope.
I'm sure he thinks he did, and some people would simply say yes he did.
A president can't 'sign away rights' if he has no authority to do so.
Can you find anything in the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, or Bill of Rights that says the president has the authority to take the rights of the people away? I bet you can find plenty of places in those documents where it says he can not infringe on our rights.

Look at it this way.
If a small child and his father are playing and the father pulls the old 'I got your nose' trick that child might actually believe for a moment that his nose has been taken away, but the moment he feels his face he will realize that he never actually lost his nose. Furthermore as that child gets older he will start to realize that it's not possible his father could have taken his nose.

They may have some people fooled, and there may be a temporary point in time where even the courts believe we have lost those rights, but eventually people will stand up and 'flip them the bird' and say "over my dead body" and reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

You can convince someone that they have no rights, but inalienable rights can not be taken or even given away.
The moment the illusion wears off and that person realizes he has been duped, what he is actually realizing is that he never lost them to begin with, he only thought he did.

What most people fail to realize is that our government is not supposed to be telling us what to do, we are supposed to be telling our servant (the government) what to do. We need to wake up and realize the power we really have, before they have convinced everyone that we have no power. (and it's getting close to that point now)

Would that apply in the case of Martial Law also?

...and even if we did protest, with with these crowd control electronic weaponry they have nowadays, would we stand a chance?

Just what the heck are all those plastic coffins for....?

Getting nervous, as they even had it on Canadian new today warning of a nuke or bio attack in the next 5 years, and this is MSM.....

I mean your words are actually very reassuring.

...it's just, I dunno, got this really heavy feeling lately like something is brewing, and not too far in the future, like the economic stuff is just paving a way for the real *snip* to hit the fan.....just not sure what form the *snip* will take, if you will pardon the pun.

Anyone else have this weird feeling?

With enough time and effort I could come up with multiple hypothetical situations to counter yours, however there are plenty of hypothetical situations explained in lots of threads here about martial law, and it's my opinion that it just will not succeed.

Check my post on page 5 of this thread and you will see one example of why I honestly don't believe it will succeed, at least not for long or to any great extent.
If Bush declares Martial Law, How can we stop him becomming a dictator?
There are too many armed citizens, militia members, and even people within our armed forces who are watching and waiting. If and/or when they ever decide to impliment martial law they will only be signing their own death warrants.

Edit: Tinkabit check the link in this post it should answer your questions after my last post as well, if not feel free to clarify.
More than anything else, relax man...
Don't buy into the fear, that's exactly what they want.

I can honestly tell you that I am not afraid of my government, if anything they should be the ones who are afraid, of me and other people who think like me.
If they want to attempt to impliment martial law, GOOD! Let them try.
In the long run the only thing they will really be doing is setting us free, because they will cause us to take this government back finally.

Wow. I like your confidence. I guess I am just a victim of thier efficient Psy-Ops.

HAARP scares me...things on large scales, like this H5N1, how do you fight these sorts of tactics?

The slo kill......dunno, ,just feeling helpless which I realize only plays into their hands....

Of course, I do not own a gun, I assume this would make you feel more secure...although it didn't end up helping Cooper much....
