I'm in for the skirmishes. No preference on point wager, but I'd like to point out since its actually an event (not a tournament but still an official event) we can award free points under the rules.

When creating the point system, I retroactively awarded 1 point for participation and 1 for victory on the last set of holiday skirmishes.

We need to come up with topics that have plenty of comedic potential.

1. End elf slavery now.
2. Christmas is not worth the environmental damage it causes.
3. Santa is a communist.
4. Jesus' birthday should be moved so that it's not competing with Christmas.

Actually if you look at historical records Jesus was probably born in October. Jesus birth was incorporated by the Romans and changed the festival of Saturnalia to become Christmas.

Santa is still real though.
