I notice that everytime I go out to Skinwalker Ranch that there is a house across from the ranch that has a large hill behind it. On that hill laid
out in rocks is what i'm told is a "masonic" symbol. The rocks are laid out so that the symbol can be seen from far away and possibly from the
air. Does anyone have any information on what this symbol is and what purpose it has? Perhaps there is a more mundane explination for it.... Kinda
looks like the green lanturn symbol if memory serves me right. I'll look through my files now and find a pic.

i of course realize the "green lantern" symbol is NOT masonic, however all of the references in the books and wikipedia says
A large Masonic symbol carved on an inacessible part of Skinwalker Ridge, possibly connected with the presence of the Buffalo Soldiers in the
area (a Prince Hall lodge was attached to the 9th Cavalry which was stationed in nearby Fort Duchesne in 1896)
I only posted the other symbol as a reference as I'm having trouble finding the exact picture.

even more bizzare is this....
if you zoom in you will see the same symbol on hillside is the same symbol on this "supposed" alien artifact...
supposedly this was discussed here on ATS at this
ATS LINK
I guess that is a superman key or some weird stuff...maybe the landowner is just a comic book buff? I just thought the symbol on the hill side and
its proximity to the ranch extremely odd...

any comments or thoughts? It is fairly noticeable when driving by from the road. Also is clearly visible from google earth. Just seems somewhat odd
and out of place, and its proximity to the ranch and UTE Basin in general is suspecious

Actually I am a 32nd degree Mason and I can tell you that the green lantern symbol is absolutely a masonic symbol. It has to be. I will explain.
Masonry is based on the pursuit of light against darkness. the green lantern corps philosophy is the same. Masons attend lodges and wear rings with
masonic logos on them to represent their membership to the lodge. the green laterns wear rings and belong to green lantern lodges on various planets.
The symbol of the green lantern is the same as the one on the wall of our lodge which is a circle with 2 parallel lines, one on either side. Here is
a link to the symbol.

This is not the only Masonic element in the story. The Skinwalker ranch is close to a Buffalo soldier( term used for African American calvary
soldiers who fought in the Indian wars) burial ground which was desecrated when Indians built an apartment complex over it. Many of the Buffalo
soldiers were Masons.

thought i would update this old thread. From poking around and asking the locals alot of questions this symbol is nothing more than the symbol the
rancher uses to brand his cattle. Guess he's extra proud of it and put it on his hill for everyone to see

do you own night vision googles? and a thermos for coffee so u can sit up all night watching?
or is that too scarey? I know that somone put a kabash on that place and all the screaming meemies left dodge in a hurry . Oh well , maybe thats good
? or did they go back into the earth only to pop out somewhere else?
So far the white house looks calm : \

Well if you are familiar with Utah, there are different letters and symbols put up on the hillsides so that you know where you are while you are
driving down the road....they are all over the place, and clearly visible from I-15. This may be something like the same thing, so that the rancher
would be able to identify his ranch to people....
Utah is just weird in general, I lived there from 2003 to 2007.

i read the book and think its a real mystery how all the sightings there STOPPED !!!
and i heard rumors that there was a secret base underneath doing all sorts of bad things yet that doesnt work since the american indians knew of this
many years before. so if a alien base ? perhaps instead of black ops? perhaps but its more like someone opened a portal that had a limited life
span.
re: the symbol on the hill , i agree it was the ranchers symbol if it resembles a masons its by accident ,yet a good question to ask since one never
knows .
now as for the screaming meemies? think they went to ted kennedies house last nite

i'm not sure where you got your information from. The book is pretty clear about not giving out coordianates, demanding anonimity of the owner,
previous owner, and previous owner before that. It also reminds the reader in several passages that tresspassing is illegal and the surrounding
property is police patrolled. Oh and all credible UFO organizations are banned from the property. Quit a bit of deturants for a place where all the
activity has "stopped" wouldnt you think?
which pill will you swallow?
stay tuned to my websites below btw
