The ruling follows court findings that the main coalition party, the People Power Party, Chart Thai and another partner, violated election laws during
the December 2007 general elections. Several executives from each party also were banned from politics for five years.
May this serve as a warning to other government's around the world: when the people have had enough they will find a way to oust you.
I know things are a little different in other countries but hopefully this will shock politicians into behaving fairly with their electorates.
