Panel warns biological attack likely by 2013

WASHINGTON - The United States can expect a terrorist attack using nuclear or more likely biological weapons before 2013, reports a bipartisan commission in a study being briefed Tuesday to Vice President-elect Joe Biden.

Does this conicide with all the other talk of something "big" happening within the first couple months president elect obama is in office. seems to be that away it goes on to state that a biological attack is more imminent than a nuclear attack basically stating that our testing centers and whatnot are not that heavily guarded and it would be easy for someone to just walk in a get what they are looking for then go spread it amongst the masses why would they state something like this it is basically an invite hey come on down to our facilities get you some sars or anthrax and let it rip. im still leaning towards something big happening in the middle east and it sending everything worldwide corining out of control.
