Well, the state of Hawaii seems to believe there is a difference between the two documents:

In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.

Thanks, that actually back up what I said. Also if you look at Obamas original birth cert provided (google it) it's green!

All I can say on this topic is that if I were elected president, I would gladly show you my birth certificate. I have the original here at my house and it would be absolutely no problem for me to show it to you.

I am a natural born US citizen, born is Lafayette, IN.

Obama has not "snubbed" the highest court in the land because he was not advised to respond to Donofrio v Wells by 1 December. Where's the Source???

Just because you read it in some blog or Op Ed doesn't make it true!

Secondly, His Hawaiian BC was NOT "sealed away" by the governor or ANYONE.

You don't want the truth or you would be taking every chance you can find to further these FALSE rumors.

No he hasn't. Case NOT closed.

Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The parents would be issued a Certification of Live Birth. It only proves that the parents claimed Hawaii as their main place of residence for the prior year. This is not proof of where the child was born.

Note - Parents would be issued a Certification of Live Birth - which is only what Obama has released (and it has errors so there is a chance of fraud!!)). He has not shown a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, but only the Certification of Live Birth. Two different documents. One is NOT a long form or a short form of the other.

Certificate of Live Birth only proves a live birth to people who claim Hawaii as a residence. That's different then what a Birth Certificate proves.

Case definately NOT closed.

If you are so sure he was not born in the USA, then why don’t you prove it? You are making the claim, so back it up. There is enough evidence to show he was born in the USA.

Simple, Kenya like most countries has birth certs, go find his Kenya birth cert.

I have NO IDEA where he was born. It could be here or it could be elsewhere. NO IDEA. I am not claiming he was born in Africa.

It's up to Obama to prove that he was born here. He hasn't.

You are making the claim, so back it up.

I'm not claiming anything except that Obama hasn't proven his place of birth or his eligibility to be POTUS to the American people.

THAT is easily proven. He hasn't shown his Birth Certificate.

A very simple thing to do - release the Birth Certificate.

But he refuses. Why? Does he even have one? No one knows.

Also, if you had read the Comments on the page of your own source you would see someone's explanation of what it all means:

1) December 1 was the deadline for participants in the Berg case to provide any relevant or supporting evidence for their cases. Obama was (and is) under no obligation to provide anything by that date at all. In fact, it would be unusual for him to do so. Now that the deadline has passed, a judge will decide whether to recommend that the case go to conference at some later date.

2) The purpose of the conference (like the one for the Donofrio case on the 5th) is to decide whether the court will consider the merits of the case. Most cases do not reach this point, and very few are actually considered by the entire court. Don't hold your breath on this one.

2) people who know nothing about legal procedures, and

The ad suffers from the same problems that have been discussed and pointed here now to exhaustion.

Nowhere in the TV ad (if this is indeed a TV ad and not just some montage one of you did on your Mac) there is a source, except for one Dr. Ron Polarik when the voice over says "experts have called that a forgery".

I appreciate you questioning the sources, however we must allow for the MSM balckout or relative silence on this issue. I have found information from where it was available. Since yesterday, however, more and more reports in the more-mainer stream are picking it up ....I will post some of them that I can locate:

Is this really about upholding The Constitution? Or are these just pious claims made to keep a candidate that these fringe few did not choose out of the White House?

Cue to the many who still rehash these same tired lines about wondering who the "real" Obama is. Cue to the trite talking points about how, if people really knew Obama, they wouldn't have voted for him. Isn't that what this all plays to? The fear of the unknown? Who is this man that traveled all across the country, telling stories about his family, gas prices, an unjust war, economic collapse, and selling "hope?"

I'm curious to why it's taken so long for those like you to "know" Barack Obama. It seems Sarah Palin was deemed "all-American" after a 20 minute speech she gave two weeks after being thrust into the political spotlight. Obama rigorously campaigned all over this nation for 2 years.

As a side to BH:

My only interest in this is as a puzzle that still needs to be solved.

Politics in general is to me a game played by the Puppeteers and I belong to no party.

My suspicions about Obama are only the same as ANY politician that makes it this far: that you are not elected but selected. No matter who the Elites place in power, their chosen one will have to do their bidding.

Now, some believe that somehow Obama has managed to shake off that system and get around them and that is why he is the New Messiah: I do not share that optimism. Anyone that is allowed to progress that far, mst be complicit with the system, Palin, McCain included. They are warned if they do not cooperate. They are rewarded for compliance. The only one that got away, IMHO was Kennedy. And look how he ended up. Take a listen to his speech on secret Societies, it is quite revealing: he still warns us from the grave.

And look how he ended up.

If Obama is the real deal, then I fear the same fate for him, as these Global Elites do not mess around, they control the vertical and the horizontal. They are probably having spies montior this very blog.

I find it cute how eveyone thinks I am some disappointed Republican.
You are way off, and need to at least allow for the fact that others are coming at this from a different perspective.

You also should understand that this is a global issue. What happens with America affects the world, an especially its neighbours and allies.

WE are on this big old blue marble together. I hope to have this puzzle resolved in a way that creates a peacful situation for all concerned.

So to back up the baseless rumours you have been repeating, you first use a series of blogs, and now you use an article in Pravda (lololol) which references the Berg blog, and an article on World Net Daily which references the Pravda article . . .

You obviously have no understanding of facts or the concept of proof.

You said earlier you were a teacher and I got the impression your work included teaching students to provide source materials for their essays.

Yeah yeah, I know it was a shameless jab. But heck, at this point it's starting to feel that way. You are on an internet site that is in the business of looking at alternate news that does not come from the MSM. The general idea is that the MSM only reports what the owners of the Media wants you to be aware of.

You are asking me to prove the truth with misleading MSM news sources.
