UFO footage caught on Moldova news?

i found this footage on liveleak, it was supposedly removed from youtube and one of the comments said it was removed from this site? what do you guys think? it doesn't look all that convincing, the reporter doesn't seem all that excited but who knows maybe with all the fake footage a real one can get slipped through and no one would know! can anyone translate the video? www.liveleak.com...

I can yell fake because anyone with two open eyes and enough sense can see that it is bad CGI....good looking host at the beginning though. I am no expert but I know bad CGI when i see it.

i didnt realize you were a cgi expert, still am not hearing a good explanation on why you think its fake other than your opinion that it looks fake! explain why its fake with solid proof not opinion. how many real ufos have you seen to know the difference!
