I saw that last night from my balcony, I showed it to my son and commented that I wish I had a higher quality digital camera to take a pic of it.
I had thought at first it was Jupiter and Saturn or Jupiter and Mars though.

I'm 45 minutes outside of Toronto, and that formation has been easily visible the past couple nights. Apparently were supposed to get a similar
formation (minus Jupiter) Jan 1st of next year.
Kudos to the recognition of a bigger picture, remember though that there are always tons of interesting and unique phenomena every starry night.
Peace

We were watching it 10 hours ago in Melbourne, Australia.
Even though I was standing under a street-light, the trio were bright as could be. So bright that we couldn't see any stars near them.
It was strangely exciting. Even our cat was fascinated.

That has made my day, great pics. Has anybody been reading Blossom Goodchild blog, specifically the bit that mentions this, i have pasted for ease of
reading: -
____________________________________________________________________
We give to you the number three. It will be as if there are three moons within the one moon. We are giving you an image of the moon, and it is more
Golden as opposed to white, and it has two outer rings around it. There will be radiance from it, an energy that has not been picked up on before. And
you are getting ‘This is the real moon’. It is back.
Struth … my hearts pounding BIG TIME. What does that mean exactly?
Your moon that was designed by ‘The Game Masters’ is what we chose to call the REAL moon. That was replaced you know.
No. I didn’t know. I had no idea. By what? A fake moon? Why?
To impress upon you souls of earth a falsehood. An existence that isn’t really what we would call an existence.
Pray continue… or should we just … pray!!

They say it can be seen all over the world, depending on the time.
Also, some really neat info is that these two planets are joining in Sagitarrius, which has wonderful myths and stories as well as new science
discoveries in this area.
And even more cool....the Sun rose today in Ophiuchus, the 13th sign of the zodiac. I found out about Ophiuchus a couple yrs. ago when studying the
ancient zodiacs. I came to find out that I wasnt the Virgo I thought I was (well not fully) but yet the sun rose in Leo when I was born (hence, my ATS
name).
So you have the 2 brightest planets and the moon, reflecting light from our sun, while the sun rises in Ophiuchus, the Serpent holder, Serpent
handler, Serpent healer.
Some info about the sidereal zodiac-

Peace,
