Tonight ACA reported on a speed camera that took one picture and sent two tickets and get this at two different speeds on the same picture.
This is ether a fault with software (a software bug) probably in all cameras and they don't admit it. They said the camera was tested and found
working correctly or revenue raising but they denied that.
I cant think of any more reasons at the moment - perhaps you can?
