Do you think that the anti terrorism chief, might have been killed because, he went straight to the scene?
Usually high level commanders don't go straight to the scene they command it from a distance.

He was targeted to destabilize and make them vulnerable like they now are...this was well planned and funded. IMO

he must have been warned, that letter....
