Even a Foreign National can get a Passport, so that does not answer anything either. I used to have a business partner who held dual citizenship and was not a Natural Born citizen. He had a US Passport and served in the US Military in Vietnam but never wanted to be a US Citizen himself. He is now in Canada, but still a citizen of Germany.

You have a point, and you are correct regarding non-US citizens being able to get a US passport. I do believe they have to be US nationals though (as citizen and national are not the same thing).

The US passport might not mean anything, but him being a Senator, does. US Constitution Article 1 Section 3:


So, Obama is at least a US citizen.

Unless... No one even checks if people are eligible to be Senators...

I don't want to consider that, but taking into consideration that apparently, that we are aware, no one even checked regarding the Presidency, I don't know anymore.

I'm with you on that one. This is more of an interesting side topic to me. I'd imagine odds are that this is just an attempt by his opponents to smear him, but they do have some interesting points.

One thing I know about this that turns me off is that the evidence seems to come from some very shady sites on the Internet.

The MSM has accepted the Certificate of Live Birth as all they need and they could be right. Only Obama knows until he provides the real Birth Certificate.

I'm going to withhold judgment on him for now as we will know soon enough how he will govern. I'm in neutral mode for now.

This whole Obama thing stinks to high hell. Of all things, you would think a birth certificate would be easy enough.

But then all the other forms of documentation of his life are unknown. Nothing is getting out. He's had more names than Carter has Little Liver Pills, and we can't get any school records, thesis submitted, Harvard College Records, Selective Service Registration, Law Review records, and his extended family was warned not to say anymore until after the election.

Barry Soetoro was Islamic. He claims Christian but we can't find any baptism records. Dual citizenship supposedly with Indonesia. He provides a fake birth certificate, thinking no one would notice.

No legal change of name.

No selective service registration as required by law.

Hell, he may be a selected Russian agent, specifically groomed for this one event. Whose to prove any differently?

And that's the point. This SOB has no documentation of anything. Nothing!

I don't know what to think about this one to be honest. The only reason I still read these threads is that I can not figure out why he simply will not release a copy of his Vault Birth Certificate from Hawaii. The only personal information it contains not already known is the Hospital and Doctor.

I actually kind of like the guy. He is a bit too far Left for me, but then his appointments these past few days say he may not be? I liked McCain also but did not vote for either of them. Does not mean I dislike them, just that they don't match my beliefs. I voted Libertarian but to call me a Republicrat would be more honest

Many years ago when Eisenhower was presdent, I recall being told (I doubt I read it) that Russia said "We will destroy you from within". I have thought of that often the last few years. Still, if this is so, I do not believe it was Russia alone.

What happened to cause the sudden change in sentiment from Hillary to Obama? It always reeked of manipualtion to me.
