I would not believe one word anyone at Citi utters from their mouth or puts down on paper! My husband pays his Citi bill 2 to 3 weeks early every month and was on his last payment and they jumped the interest rate to 29.9%!!!!!!!! When he called them about it to give them a very large piece of his mind, he asked them what country owned Citi and no one could answer him. To Hell with Citi!!

If true I welcome it. Gosh It is all much like an overweight person trying to pull up their pantyhose but can no longer see or reach their legs. Good God Not that planet-x non-sense again! when will it end? You are apparently smarter than all of the astronomical physicists out there that are constantly saying there is no planet-x. Before you go on and say it is a cover up; just think about how many astronomers there are in the world.

I personally don't believe this Citibank story with out the actual memo to view. It sounds a little to convenient a story. I think everyone can figure out by now what that secret closed door session of congress was about. People can feel it coming and if this memo were true then it would be old news at this point don't you think.

I'm sorry I know this is off topic, but it's bugging me.

"Maybe Venus?" you say. Please excuse me...but apparently you can't even pinpoint the location of Venus. Yet you know for certain this other western sky object you're seeing is some harbinger of doom? Let's just say I'm a little skeptical.

That being said, I also am curious and would like to see this object too.

This is pretty much what happened before with the Great Depression that, for the older members of ATS/BTS go, our parents and grandparents had to go through. I do not think that the newest generation entering the work force over the last 10 years or so will be able to survive the next one. I would like to hope that I am wrong, but I don't think so. Not with the education that they got from the system.

A memo like this would only be seen by a limited of people in
senior positions, so unless it was leaked Intentionally I can't
see how. If it was leaked, I can't see how a Bank on the Skids can
bennefit.
