How to see ghosts?

The things is, once you turn on an ability like that, and I do think you can turn it on, turning it off may be more difficult. I myself tried the meditating/breating tecniques that I found on one site and nothing happened to me. This is not to say it couldn't happen, just for me it didn't and since recent tragides in my life have taken place I'm king of grateful that it didn't work. Think hard on what you truly want to see.
