How can I get to chit chat forums?
I don't see any of them available under -boards-.
I also seem to be missing many forums, especially dream and predictions.

Please Help!

Check the URL you are visiting. Are you pointed at "abovetopsecret.com/forum" or "belowtopsecret.com/forum" ?

Chit Chat, and Dreams forums are on BTS, and if you are on ATS, they will not show up. Double check the URL and make sure you are at the right board.
