I'm of the mind to believe that Lakota Free Bank is a complete and utter scam until someone can prove that once funds are put in, they cannot miraculously disappear like the Oyate website.

Where's the Guarantee?

Where's are the deposits held?

Who is actually running the bank?

Where is the building? The proof...... sounds like a complete scam to me truthfully.

Yes, what the invisible man said.

This thing's making the rounds on the internet. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you traced this particular branch of the Lakota Nation to the hustlers with gold chains around their necks who used to drive around in a stretch limo festooned with Ron Paul's name on the side, or something similar in the back room of the local gambling casino.

Where did this information come from? Is there a website or link that I could check to see where this information came from? I would like to join and invest some of my monies if I am able to see that this is a legitimate banking operation. I support the Lakota people, and would like to see some alternate forms of banking not under the control of the Federal Reserve.

Sure, you can open up an account at the "Free Lakota Bank". Deposits are very simple and convenient with minimal paperwork. If you want to make a withdrawal from your account, just dial the 800 number and leave a message and someone will get back to you.

Obviously, if they are selling silver for $40 an ounce.
Then its a scam.
How else could you view it?
That's almost 200% markup.
Why on earth would you pay $40 an ounce for silver when its $15 an ounce.

I think this is a great idea. I don't fully understand all the advantages and
disadvantages though. If the dollar were to go kapoot, it could simply be
that gold and silver could serve as real standard of wealth. Those with it
and who partake in this bank could prosper.
However it does lead me to believe that the elite families who control our
money would do anything to gain control of those metals. They seem to
do whatever it takes to be on top financially. Without the control of any
monetary unit or commodity they would lose their power and influence.

400%. Silver is $10 per ounce. And that's assuming that you'd actually get anything at all.

As the Free Lakota Bank does not require a name, photo identification or social security number to transact, StrikeForce's technology met the challenge of limiting fraud without requiring controversial biometric technology.

Umm you don't even need a name?

Im fairly sure that doesn't comply with the patriot act.
How long until they shut this down then?
If it works im all for it but I cant see them being allowed to do it.

The Lakota Nation is NOT subject to the Patriot Act

This is the first step in the breakup of the United States.

The next step is for the Sovereign people to come together and disband their democracy.

www.freedomdomain.com...

"The ultimate authority...resides in the people alone."
-James Madison, author of the Bill of Rights, in Federalist Paper No. 46.

"No man is good enough to govern another man without that other's consent." -Abraham Lincoln

"For when the [American] revolution took place, the people of each state
became themselves sovereign; and in that character hold the absolute right to all
their navigable waters, and the soils under them, for their own common use,
subject only to the rights since surrendured by the Constitution to the general
government." -- Martin vs. Waddell, 41 US (16 Pet) 367, 410 (1842)

"People of a state are entitled to all rights which formerly belonged to the King
by his prerogative." -- Lansing vs. Smith, 21 D.89

"Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and
source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the
agencies of government, sovereignty itself, remains with the people, by whom and
for whom all government exists and acts. And the law is the definition and
limitation of power." -- Justice Matthews in Yick Wo v Hopkins, 118 US 356

"There is no such thing as a power of inherent sovereignty in the government
of the [federal] United States... In this country sovereignty resides in the people,
and Congress can exercise no power which they [the sovereign people] have not,
by their Constitution entrusted to it: All else is withheld." -- Supreme Court Justice Field

The people were Sovereign BEFORE the Constitution was passed and STILL ARE TODAY!

"The Constitution is to be construed with respect to the law existing at the time
of it's adoption and as securing to the individual citizen the rights inherited by him
under English Law, and not with reference to new guarantees." --Mattox vs. U.S.,
156 US 237, 15 Sup Ct. 337, 39 L. Ed. 409

So, the people had the right to remain free at the time the Constitution was passed. That means there are still people today who have NO CONTRACT with the government. The Lakotas just disintegrated their treaty. That means they are NOT SUBJECT to the laws rules codes statutes or bylaws of the Constitution.
