I was reading some news and came across this. Pretty interesting to see the media backing this up and even providing video of the event. Its too far away for me to tell what it is.

what kind of Alien / UFO will use Xmas Light as their ship decoration...?
Ppl play with LED's kite I believe.

Looks a little bigger than a kite to me, but I guess thats why I'm posting to see what other people think and if anyone on here saw it.
