The truest issue at hand is those that somehow wish to daydream that calling themselves a "Christian" means anything. It doesn't. They are confused in thinking the "Christian Religion" was started by Jesus Christ. It wasn't. In fact! Jesus speaks to me constantly!
He doesn't speak to me by VOICE. Jesus speaks to me in my mind.
Jesus lets me KNOW what He is thinking in both my mind and in my heart.

And, yes, God has called out my name using His voice.
His voice is both a gentle voice and the voice of thunder.
The voice He spoke to me was His quiet gentle voice.

Jesus NEVER came against the Law He gave to Moses that was for the Israelites.
What Jesus spoke against were those who SUPPOSEDLY followed the Law but they themselves did not believe in it, nor did they OBEY the law themselves because God wanted them too. They enforced the Law because they used it to their advantage, and not because God urged them to follow it for their own good.
Many of the pharisees and scribes only wanted to appear Holy, and this was what Jesus was against.
They OUTWARDLY followed the Law while INWARDLY they themselves hated the Law.

And, I do hear Jesus. He tells me that since I am a Gentile that the Law does NOT pertain to me.
Rather, I follow a Spiritual Law that the pharisees and the Scribes did not adhere to.
As Jesus said, LOVE ALSO YOUR ENEMIES, which the pharisees and the scribes failed to do.
Jesus said that if you do not LOVE your enemies that there is no reward for you.
What REWARD was Jesus talking about?
ETERNAL LIFE!

They refused to LOVE their enemies, thereby showing that they did not care if their enemies came to God, but rather that they desired to appear holier than their enemies.
They figured that THEIR so called HOLINESS was enough to save them!

I LOVE YOU, EVEN THOUGH YOU COME AGAINST CHRISTIANITY!

Ok, you are really bad at reading words and then mis-quoting them. If you look to the very front of my statement, you will find the word "If". I was stating that, If those statements I had quoted did not apply to every last man then who is your christ?

Simply put, you are confusing the origin of a religion with its belief. The religion itself may have been created 300 years after his death, however, today, it is those that follow Jesus.



Simply put, its fine to not classify yourself within any of the "sects" of chrisitianity (Catholic, Protestant, Evangelical) however, when you follow his beliefs you are Christian, regardless of how the term was created, or who originally created it. It would be similar to a Muslim person, who believes in the teachings of Islam, but doesn't follow any of the sects, or mosques, because they feel as though they do the actual religion a disservice. They are still Muslim, they just aren't alligned with any particular structure within Islam.

As far as Michael Jackson goes, you shoot him in the head, he'll die. He bleeds just like you and me. He's just crazy. He's got a mental disease, just as any other person, ie someone with downsyndrome, would have.
