That looks a great deal like a plane to me. no ziggy zaggy fast moves, no plasma glow, no instant vanishing or cloaking devices and no laser beams,
really nothing out of the ordinary except for the high level of image distortion due to digital zooming.
The apparent lack of wings is easily explained by the resolution at which it is filmed and the video camera's noise reduction circuitry.

Sorry, that's a plane, I can tell because even though it's barely visible, there are wings (it's a jumbo jet), the light reflecting off of it gives
it an extra bit of glare so that you cannot see the tail, plus the fact that the focal blur is pretty high makes it look even more like a cylinder.
Would be nice if it were real, but it is'nt, not this time.

I had caught something on camera that is similar to the cylinder object.
I was in my driveway talking to my friend in his car and I noticed something like a chemtrail in the sky west of where I was(Yakima,Wa). No big deal
I see these all the time here, but when I looked up again it was the same size, but moving across the sky. So I asked my friend to look, and he did
know what to say. We were both dumb founded. He said you should get your cam and take a pic. So I ran into my house picked up the camera (Samsung
S730) and was pointing it towards the object. It was moving fairly quick across the sky and heading towards some clouds. When I pointed the camera at
it was not visible in my view finder so I had to zoom all the way in when I finally got the pic it was part way in the cloud. The object was really
far away, but if I held my hand up it was about an 1 inch wide between my thumb and finger. Another weird thing that happened was that we seen it go
behind the cloud and come out the other side, but when it went behind the next cloud it did not come out. I waited for it, because I wanted another
pic. Anyways her is the pic. Zoomed in it looks like a flourescent light with a little vapor trail.

Its 5:08 pm southern ohio. I just seen a craft with no wings fly over. It was white and Had 3 chem trails coming from it. It was heading west Moving
pretty fast. I didnt have time to get in house and get camera. I had just came from the river and was just getting home. I can say 100 percent sure
that it didnt have wings. Anyone else see this today?

Here's a suggestion...
I'm suggesting that it was a rocket-type of man-made device simply involved in research. Unusual, perhaps, but not alien.
Example:
C ornell investigators will be supporting a series of NASA sounding rocket experiments from the Poker Flat Rocket Range in January and February of
2007. The JOULE II and HEX missions are devoted to studying different aspects of the aurora. The Cornell team will be operating the 30 MHz coherent
scatter radar imager, which is located at the High Latitude Monitoring Station in Anchorage, Alaska. Radar data will be available in real time in the
early morning hours during the experiments.
